Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Barking babble Unfortunately my stay here was just below average. The place was undergoing a renovation, which I'm not factoring at all in this review. The room was clean because it was new. The service was timely but did not take into consideration customer courtesies. For example, I was working at night and was sleeping later into the mornings during my stay, the hotel service were very loud and unprofessional. The sound of voices from outside my room talking rumors and personal issues did not need to be heard by customers at 0800 in the morning (or in the elevators). I would say the facilities are good, but the hire needs some training in hotel etiquette. February 7, 2016

The breakfast choices are awesome, and the quality of the food was fantastic! Lastly the staff are all very nice and are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! In short it exceeded my expectations! January 30, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible experience This hotel should not have been open during its remodeling phase. the amount of noise first thing at the crack of dawn was unbelievable, i was on the 3rd floor and every single time had to use the elevator we had to wait for movers to load and unload the elevator at times it felt like 20 min. We booked this hotel to be able to ski near by and expected the usual peaceful relaxing stay, but that was impossible here. I looked for surrounding hotels but there was no availability. I have been a priority member for over 8 years and have never been inconvenienced like this. January 9, 2016
