Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome After a long drive we were met by a smiling face and felt really taken care of at the front desk. Offer of cookies and water were just what we needed! The room and bathroom were very clean and up to date. The beds were super comfy. It was great that across the way there was a restaurant that we could walk to for dinner. Breakfast in The Great Room was perfect! Healthy choices and good coffee. Doesn't get any better. Great stay. April 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel Very impressed with the quality of the hotel. The rooms are huge and the beds quite comfortable. Even the pillows are the best hotel pillows I have ever used. Bathrooms are huge and they provide name brand shampoos. The pool and sauna are excellent, they even had toys for the kids to play with. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the room were you can purchase candy and snacks. April 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Experience The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Albany, Oregon while attending the dog show. They were so pet friendly, treats available in the lobby, doggie clean up amenities in the elevator, and fresh water dishes in the front entrance. The room was very clean, breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. I will look for, and stay at a Holiday Inn Express anytime I travel. April 6, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Staff is very anxious to provide the best possible experience while staying at this hotel. I had an unexpected companion with me when I checked in and asked if a room with 2 beds was available. I was told that the hotel was full and no 2 bed room was available. The front desk staff offered a roll-away bed and I accepted. The staff had the bed installed just after we got to the room. This made our stay much more comfortable. The offer of the extra bed was the best part of our stay. This hotel's staff is the most helpful of any hotel I have stayed in the past and I will be staying there in the future. March 30, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too hot in room The hotel itself was great. I just could not make the air conditioner work properly. I would not stay on to cool the room for sleeping. Everything else was up to the standard i have come to expect from them. March 29, 2016
