Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and a pleasant stay My Holiday Inn experience was of exceptional quality. The staff was very inviting and helpful. The room was good looking, fully stocked with towels and clean. The only problems that I had was not having a pool which I was looking forward too since I'm from somewhere colder and the breakfast was only decent. The distasteful breakfast items were the bacon, sausage and coffee. May 3, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Business Center and Not Clean The business center at this hotel is substandard. It has a computer but had essentially no useable software on the computer. The hotel is not clean. Stairways are filthy and the common area bathrooms were a problem. The fitness center is a fitness center in name only. Very small abd almost no equipment or space. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a great experience I've stayed in this hotel a number of times with nice experience, this time was terrible. Had a nice room and then got a call saying I had to transfer to a different room because of scheduled maintenance and for my troubles I would get 3000 points credited to my account which they never did and the first room the door wouldn't unlock, and the second room the HVAC was outdated, incredibly dirty with visible dirt in the blower. I hope they can fix their management and get their rooms in order for better experiences, but I cannot recommend them now. April 9, 2016
