Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall very nice The room was large and clean and the amenities generally nice, although the shower/toilet area quite small. The A/C rattled all night, though, and when I went down to get a cup of coffee, the dining room was a mess and the coffee and hot water for tea completely empty. The gentleman at the desk gave me some extra points on my "frequent guest" program and personally retrieved a full pot of coffee. He did say the rattling A/C was the second complaint he had heard on that score, so the impression I left with was that the management might be slipping somewhat. Overall, a very nice stay with some noticeable exceptions. March 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room for a family of 3 The room was very nicely furnished. The small kitchen was very functional with sink and small refrigerator. It was rooms for three, with the option of a sofa/bed convertable as well. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains. If I had a wish list it would be indoor swimming pool, free movies, and better breakfast entrees. March 21, 2015

My father passed(died) on the day I checked in and the staff was willing to make sure I was ok and checked on me everyday I was there. If I needed anything they were willing to get it for me. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Slow check-in Lengthy check-in due to number of guests and single staff. No CBS on TV. Delayed start to hot breakfast service. Bizarre room arrangement where all doors and drawers were left open including the microwave, and the sofa bed was partly opened up. Otherwise room was clean, staff were friendly. March 17, 2015
