Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Retired Holiday Inn Express is a nice place to stay when traveling, if it is a newer property. Very comfortable. Seriously, need to re-think the breakfast you serve. Poor taste and quality. Whenever a hotel states "free breakfast", there is a reason it's 'free". It's just horrible! As many reviews as I have written for various hotel chains letting them know that the "free breakfast" is just terrible.....nothing ever changes. Perhaps you should just remove these questions from all surveys because no one pays attention to the reviews or attempts to make changes. How about this....serve something edible and charge for it. We are there and the food was very good and plentiful. Everything about this hotel was good, as we had anticipated it would be. Location is great and access to Interstate couldn't have been better.
