Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place We got in early to locate hotel and were amaze that our room was ready befor check in time,front desk lady was so kind and polite.The room w/two queen beds are large,and beds are very confortable,your brealfast is one of the best I have ever seen with a kind breakfast employee going from table to table to see if anyone needed anything.Check out was fast, I'll be looking in the future for another stay.THANK YOU ALL. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Treat your guests like they matter! I have no complaint about the room or breakfast. However, the pool was not available during about half of our stay. I realize there are maintenance issues that occur. However, the mangament gave the impression that they could have cared less about how it affected guests with children, and they didn't bother to inform anyone of that fact at check-in. I would also like to point out that leaving a large object, in this case a new heater for the pool, out in the open where children are playing is not a safe practice. I never got the impression that the staff or managment cared about their guests, this was totally opposite of any other Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express that we have stayed at. June 5, 2013
