Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Going Downhill Whenever I travel on business to Albuquerque, I usually stay at this hotel. I hadn't been here in about 6 months but was very unhappy to see how the quality of the staff, room and property has deteriorated. My room was dirty (even after housekeeping came in the next day). The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. I stopped in for breakfast one day, and the quality was not what it used to be. The food was pretty bad. I will not be staying at this hotel the next time I visit Albuquerque. January 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly staff! We have stayed at this hotel four times now flying in and out of ABQ. We are so impressed with the staff - they are friendly and warm and don't seem to be your "typical" hotel staff that are "just doing a job." One of the staff even ran my cell phone (which I left in the room) over to the airport! Now that is above and beyond duty! The rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a very relaxing night. We will continue to stay here January 6, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience I spent 8 hours in the air. When I come to check in, the staff were slow and unaccommodating. The size of the room that I had compared to the suite that I had prior, was almost the same size and I paid twice as much money for this. in addition I could not get a hold of the shuttle to pick me up from the airport another expense. Overall extremely dissatisfied. January 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor airport shuttle The hotel advertises a shuttle to the airport, but the van can only hold four passengers, twice per hour. If you plan to stay at the hotel for an early morning flight, plan on a taxi and paying for it yourself. January 1, 2015
