I honestly could not find anything wrong, the motel was clean, service was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, and by booking in advance the rate was reasonable with a good breakfast included. I was very please with everything!!

Everyone was polite, professional and concerned that we were well cared for. A special thank-you to Jazmin for her attention to detail in the breakfast area. The serving line was kept well stocked and tables were cleaned and prepared for the next guests as soon as they were left vacant. She is to be commended for her professionalism and courtesy. The housekeeping staff were far above the standard expected of any encountered during our frequent experiences on the road. Thanks to everyone for a truly pleasant experience.
Like our stays in Amarillo, TX, these have put Holiday Inn at the top of our preferred lodging lists.

We did not intend to stay the night in Albuquerque but our AMTRAK train was cancelled in Flagstaff and the only way to meet the train and stay on schedule was to rent a car and drive the five hours. We were impressed by your staff. We were late arrivals (after 11:00 pm) and your staff assisted us with directions to return the rental car and also with getting dinner delivered to the hotel since we hadn't eaten since the morning. We used your shuttle the next day and the driver was personable and knew a lot about the area. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The room was comfortable. All in all, even though it was an emergency stay...it was one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in.

The room had a very poor layout. The closet did not close, a potential accident. The door had a very high gap from the floor, more than two inches from the floor. The bathroom sink was too high couldn't wash my face without standing on my toes. Had an early checkout the staff was no where to be found and after calling for assistance staff finally emerged from back room. Asked to checkout and request account information regarding credit card charge, unhelpful. Felt like I was telling her how to do the job rather than her be courteous and helpful. Obviously unenthusiastic about her job. Would not stay there again, regardless of the connivance near the airport.

Although this is a 100 percent nonsmoking property, the first room we were igiven reeked of tobacco smoke . I had to ask for another room. fortunately, there was one, but the carpet was not clean. In spite of this, I would stay there again. The breakfast room was very pleasant.

My daughter is a 2nd year UNM student. We lucked out in finding this hotel among all the places around campus the first time I went to ABQ. What's so great about this place?
The location on Yale - easy to get to & from airport. they even have a shuttle.
The property is clean and nice. And safe. As a single woman traveler, this is TOP priority!
The rooms are nicely decorated, CLEAN, beds are very comfy. NO chipping paint, mildew or other unsightly stuff in the bathroom.
Beautiful pool and spa.
Last, but NOT least,EVERYONE on the staff is EXCELLENT! ALWAYS very polite, nice, helpful, friendly.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this hotel!

We stayed here before a 6:00a.m. flight. The staff was excellent and the shuttle service was terrific. Took us 5 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport. We returned our rental car the night before and the hotel shuttle was equally prompt and picked us up at the car rental. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Albuquerque. Great location, excellent staff, and awesome selection of breakfast foods. The staff were very accomodating and even have a shuttle service that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. This was very convenient while we did not have a car for the first day. This hotel went above and beyond to accomodate us. It is definitely worth the price.

Its location was the first thing for us.
Very close to the ABQ airport . That was very nice.
For our early morning flight, we had to leave before they start serving breakfast at 6:30am. If they start breakfast service from 6am, our stay would be better.
But this hotel was still good overall.

Excellent service everywhere...from shuttle staff to management.
I called ahead of time and semi-jokingly asked why they were better than the other Holiday Inn. Don't exactly remember answer, but it was said with a sense of humor that won me over. They continued to win me over from beginning to end.

I stayed here last week on business for 3 nights. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Internet was excellent and I enjoyed the free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and made you feel at home.

This hotel has some of the best employees! Their customer service skills were top notch and I'm talking about everyone, not just the front desk.
They allow you to park on the property for FREE if flying out of the airport, instead of paying extra for airport parking. Who knew! Plus they are prompt on the shuttle service.
Oh and when you have a blonde moment and forget to turn off the dome light in your car which causes your battery to drain the employees help you make the best of the situation and jump your vehicle.
I will definitely be staying here again!

While this property was fine, it was not my original choice. Even though I had called about my flight delay, when I arrived at the Holiday Inn property where my original reservation was made, my room had been given away due to over booking or so I was told. No arrangements had been made for another room until my arrival. It was after 1 AM when I finally was able to settle in at this property and it was ther last available room. This property was fine; however, the overall experience as Rewards participant was POOR.

This was a great place for a family to stay. I stayed with my wife and four teenagers in a suite. This room for the price was very satisfactory. The staff made sure I received the best price available when they noticed I was military.

In addition to the consistency of a HIE, many "extras" that were appreciated (even things like water and post cards); convenient location, decent breakfast, fitness center, and more. Will stay there again.
