Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Back door For the past few months the rear door is not operating in night mode. When I park in the rear I have to walk around to the front to get in. The key access for rear door does not work and has not for some time. Please get it fixed. April 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel except Overall the hotel and service were good, everything I have come to expect from a HIE. However, the hotel is not biker friendly since they don't allow bikes to be parked under cover even in rainy weather. They posted signs everywhere saying tow away zone. I asked if I could leave my bike under the cover while I offloaded gear to my room. The lady said "sure but don't leave it parked there". Yes it was raining. I was in the Ashville HI last night and they were more than happy to allow me to park under cover, as most of the hotels I have stayed at on my bike rides do. April 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing My family stayed here on a road trip, and specifically reserved a room with 2 queen beds as there were 4 of us. When we got there, they gave us a room with a king bed and no sofa. Asked the front desk to switch rooms, or provide a cot or something. Front desk staff person was extremely unhelpful, seemed like we were bothering her by interrupting the tv show she was watching. Finally she gave us some extra blankets so my older son could sleep on the floor. The hotel common areas were fine, but the bathroom seemed old and the shower leaked all over. All in all a bad experience - wouldn't stay here again. April 15, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This is NOT a 4.4 Star Hotel This hotel is not even close to a 4.4 Star Hotel. It is run down, smells like an old hotel. The rooms are outdated. Not a great experience at all. Why do I have to ASK for upgrades at almost every hotel these days? This is supposed to be automatic. And as I write this review I was not asked if I wanted points or whatever else they give for being an Elite member. So I am doubting I received that. April 11, 2015
