Refrigerator stopped working and microwave did not work. Great clean property and friendly staff willing to resolve disappointing experience - BUT not a great place to sleep! December 4, 2014

The TV available was the best surprise with virtually every channel available on satellite. Next best play to being at home. December 2, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Almost impossible to sleep While cleanliness is of course very important, and good service helps to make a good stay great, it's all for nothing when you hardly get any sleep. I tried to give a balanced rating in spite of that since the hotel is not bad apart from this (terminal# flaw. I travel a lot, and have visited a great deal of hotels in my time. This one was the worst ever for actually getting sleep due to the AC machine in very close proximity to the beds turning itself on and off within what felt like every minute of 24h a day. We are not talking about a fan here, we are talking a major AC that usually gets built into a wall above the hallway. I tried the "OFF" button, which only turned the heater part off. I tried to set the temp to match the current temp, which only works for a little while with 16F just outside of the window #and thus the other end of the AC. Breakfast is clean and has variety, but to a European traveller and in my personal opinion its simply not good unless you like packaged cereal for breakfast. I do not eat breakfast in the hotel. On a sidenote, being put next to a room (probably more on the corridor) with small children is really really really bad for a business traveller. That gets really annoying when kids charge up and down the corridor screaming and shouting with no control at all until 9pm at night. November 24, 2014
