I think without a doubt this was the most pleasurable stay of all places. I am on the road and in a different place almost nightly. I was and am pleased to say that I had a very good experience with my stay here.

I particularly want to commend Lauri at the front desk. My family had gathered for the funeral of my son and we all appreciated the understanding and services that she supplied.. Your coorporate headquarters needs to keep an eye on her. She is tops.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while in Algonquin for my brother's funeral. Desk clerk Lauri treated us like family, catering to our every need! I'd highly recommend her for any customer-service position, and thank her, and Holiday Inn Express, for making us feel so comfortable during this difficult time.

This location has the best staff. I have stayed on many different occasions and the staff always remember my name and preferences. Aside from the powdered eggs at breakfast, I will continue to stay at this property.

When you check in you will be greeted by a great staff and mid week they have refreshments and snacks and go out of their way to take care of you. Rooms are clean and tidy. Only issue is the morning as they are a little slow to get breakfast going. Would like to see it ready at 6:30 rather than starting at 6:30 and having most of it out by 6:45.

I just had the pleasure of staying at this facility for three days this week. The location is excellent for eating and shopping. The property is very well maintained. Our room was clean and modern. The pool and hot tub were clean as was the exercise room. I would stay at this location without hesitation. My thanks to the staff for working with us as we had originally booked just one night but enjoyed ourselves so much we extended it two more.
