Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nah am Flughafen, schlechter Zustand Hotel ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig und UNTERHALB des normalen Express Standards mal vergleichen mit HIEX Berlin City Center West, Dresden oder Augsburg Das ist nicht der Standard den man erwartet ! Man hat seit Jahren nicht in die Erneuerung investiert So ein Hotel sollte aus der Flotte fliegen ! - Harte Matratzen - Handtücher alt dünn - unangenhmer Geruch aus dem Waschbecken und WC - im Restaurantbereich lösen sich Leisten über die man stolpert - die Stühle in der Lounge (rot) sind speckig vor Dreck - Fenster in Treppenhaus nicht geputzt - Lampen hängen schief - Frühstück ist eine Zumutung, Prädikat: nur billig muss es sein Hier fehlt einfach alles. Nicht zu empfehlen: Günstig ist teuer, s.o. Nicht geeingnet für Geschäftsübernachtungen und privat Ein bisschen mehr investieren und es geht deutlich besser. z.B. das Holiday Inn Elche, das ein ganz anderes Hotelerlebnis. Hier nie wieder. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room and Services Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights the room was very comfortable and spacious enough, it was serviced daily, one complaint was the TV Channels, we could not access any English speaking Channels bar BBC World News, Sky News or CNN. As the Hotel is situated a 10 Euro Taxi ride outside Alicante (we were aware of this prior to our stay) we dined in the \hotel each night and the Service was excellent, the choices for Dinner were good and food was very good and well presented. Breakfast did get a bit boring but was sufficient would prefer to have some hot choices. Staff were all very pleasant and informative and would be happy to stay here again. February 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very modern, friendly, and affordable, English-speaking hotel The Holiday Inn Express is the perfect Hotel for business travellers or professional couples on a budget. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a good understanding of English. Breakfast is varied and good value, and so is dinner in the restaurant - only let down a little by a lack of ambience and a few too many bright lights. Unfortunately there was no 'dimmer switch' on the menu. Nevertheless, next time we're in Alicante, we will again be booking into this particular Holiday Inn Express hotel, and, like last time, an up-graded room with a stunning sea view. January 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant Having stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions during the last few years and having read in the room documentation that the restaurant is open EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR we made our last booking because of this feature. However, when we checked in we were told that the restaurant was not open as the staff were on their holiday. We were greatly disappointed and inconvenienced by this. We strongly recommend that the in room documentation is amended so that it does not state that the restaurant is OPEN EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR as this is obviously very misleading. January 4, 2014

The 'great' room #where the restaurant and bar and reception is # was rather like a school hall with bright lighting, No character, and did not create a warm welcoming experience. The room had facilities for making tea and coffee but no milk, this had to be obtained from reception. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were either too soft or hard.Could you provide, say, BBC 1 on the television ? News is interesting but not for hours. The food in the restaurant was very good but there was only one female member of Staff in the evening. That young lady worked very hard, was polite and efficient but it is, in our opinion, too much for one person. The Staff, in general, were very helpful and very professional. A credit to the hotel group. It is a 'budget' hotel and, within those limitations, is good value. December 21, 2013

Muy buena atención, reconocimiento categoría Gold, buena habitación, limpieza y buffet de desayuno con variedad. Una noche cenamos en el hotel y muy bien, la carta estaba bien y de relación calidad-precio muy bien. Si volvemos a Alicante es muy probable que repitamos. December 19, 2013
