Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Things lacking in room and hotel If you must keep your computer plugged in, then there is no plug to charge your cell phone. The plug in the bathroom does not work if the lights are off. Toilet paper is a long reach from where you sit...plan ahead. Adjust shower head before you get in if you are less than 6 ft tall. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable Experience Although the staff was extremely nice and well trained, this was the absolute WORST holiday inn express I have ever stayed in, and here is why... 1) The rooms have a gross moldy smell. 2) The carpet was wet! 3) The shower sprayed out water onto my face from the wall. 4) And there was a COCKROACH in my room!!... I was horrified and would have rather slept in my car for the rest of my stay. 5) The wooden frame in the kitchen area was torn off the wall. I honestly felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. The second time I stayed at this particular hotel, the staff was very accommodating towards the cockroach incident; however, the room I was placed in had dead bugs behind the nightstand by the bed. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience. Considering there was a cockroach and dead bugs in my hotel rooms, the cleanliness is very questionable. This is unfortunate because the staff members are the nicest people I have ever interacted with at a hotel as a customer. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. September 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service Got in late after a long day. Airplane was three hours late. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk even called my room to ensure everything was satisfactory. Nice touch. August 27, 2015
