The person checking us in was not friendly at all, not happy to see us and certainly did not make us feel welcome. Luckily the other aspects of the hotel were good and not reflective of this one person. January 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Maintenance Issues I've stayed at this property before and have always had a pleasant experience, this time was an exception. The kitchenette had a leak in the cold water supply, the problem here is that someone put several layers of towels to 'catch' the water. Needless to say this made a mess. The towels were soaked, the carpeting and cabinet were all wet as well. I shut off the cold water supply to stop the leak. I contacted the front desk and was told that maintenance would look at it, maintenance never came. While this was a minor inconvenience, this is now a bit of a health issue...the floor was soaked and mold will grow here. I'm surprised that they would just place towels to catch leaking water and leave it that way, clearly someone knew this was a problem...why not just fix it? I'm disappointed that no one followed up on this and when I reported the problem I wasn't even offered another room. Be wary of room 251, it's the one I'm basing this review on. January 20, 2015

I don't think this room had anyone in it for a long, long, time. It was way too far from everything. Location of the hotel was not exactly appealing. Hotel was right next to the train tracks.
