Overall this was a beautiful property and lovely room. However, the front desk attendant was overwhelmed when I arrive. She did not look up from her writing when she asked for my ID and credit card and then proceeded to take two phone calls while I waited. Although there were four in a room that included a king and sofa bed, we had to go back to the front desk for bedding. She said that we needed to "specially request" it at booking. This is the type of service I expect at a cheap hotel, not a moderately priced hotel of the calibre of Holiday Inn. The check out clerk was much more professional, so my experience could be a blip, but don't expect much in the way of graciousness from the staff. You may want to fork over your hard earned money at another establishment if this is important to you.

We stayed there based on previous Holiday Inn experiences, complimentary hot and cold breakfast, and a standard room with two beds at a decent price. We didn't get the room we paid for.....we got a King bed. Lights from the parking lot shine in the room all night long no matter how you try to close them. We had to reset the outlet on the air conditioner and turn on all of the lights.....they didn't work when the light switches were turned on or when buttons were pushed. The microwave didn't work. Staff didn't care that they screwed up and didn't put us in the room we requested and PAID for. Breakfast wasn't even worth the elevator ride. Sausage was undercooked, eggs were cold and slimy, and they didn't even refill the muffins (only edible thing down there).

Great location, surprisingly nice hotel. Staff friendliness was poor upon arrival and when we requested new towels and shampoo after room not refreshed for our second day. Tiffiny made up for it as did Ana in the breakfast buffet.
