We always stay at this location when we visit Allen, TX.
The facility is great and the standards are high.
We always stay at Holiday Inn Express, if possible, when ever we travel.

Being a IHG Member, everything was perfect, from the hotel staff to the size of the room, we stayed in a king suite with a spa tub. Breakfest was very good, bed was comfortable, and soft. I have no complaints and will stay there again when i'm back in Allen TX.

Unbelievable how nice this property really is. You pay a little and get an aweful lot for the price.
This is a must stay property!

I stay at the hotel for business and find it to meet my expectations at every level. I especially enjoy the complimentary breakfast since time is short for an early meeting. The staff is very accommodating and the room was clean and quiet.

In the room there was a button to push for room service. We reported it the next day and requested room service which we did receive. The next day, since the button was still broken we informed the front desk and requested room service. When we returned to our room late afternoon e had not received room service and housekeeping was gone so we requested clean towels and received. Upon our departure I reminded the front desk again about the defective button. Other than that our stay was very good.
(a simple fix would have been to give us a room service tag to put on our door.)
