Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellence of service I feel as though I am at home because of the way I'm treated by the staff of this hotel. All of my reviews will say the same thing, I feel as though I'm part of the hotel family. Everyone down to the maintainence and room service people know me by name and are always wanting to know if there's anything they can do to make me more comfortable. I've been stayin here for almost 7 years now, 4 days a week and almost every week a year for business reasons and I cannot think of a better place to stay and will be staying here for the 2015 year until I retire in December. Thank you to all the hotel management and staff for the excellent treatment I have received over the years. December 23, 2014

I cannot thank the staff at this facility enough for all they have done for me. I'm treated like a part of the family and everyone goes out of their way to make sure everything is just right for me. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for the next year when I retire. December 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs upgrading I come to the lehigh valley area quite frequently and decided to stay near the dorney park area for convenience. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and had no issues with check in. The room I stayed in seemed outdated and old. The beds were worn and definitely in need new mattresses. I guess that's what's to be expected in hotels near dorney park, lots of kids and families. I think I will stick with the more business geared hotels. November 29, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by yes!!! Stayed at many Holiday Inn Express, and as usual everything was clean, in order and in a friendly atmosphere! The breakfast was self serve, but impressively beyond coffee and Danish. Paid a couple of extra bucks for Jacuzzi room- had a minor malfunction that was fixed as soon as we reported it, and got to spend my birthday in pretty much sudsy luxury! I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express. Excellent value! November 18, 2014
