I really enjoyed my stay at your facility Aug. 22, 2014.
Normally I would stay in a motel that has less expensive rates, however the person travelling with me likes a higher standard of accommodations. I was however, very impressed with the quality of the guest rooms and the amount of extra services available such as the fitness room, and having access to the internet. Were I in a higher income bracket, I would always consider your hotel chain in the future.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and safe. The food prep staff is very resourceful given the items they have to deal with and serve. The food is standard hotel fare.

Overall good experience as expected for HI Exp. Price elevated due to seasonal activity I suppose. Would stay again.

A steam cleaning service should be used to clean the ground floor and entrance area carpet if the carpet is not replaced. The value of what was received vs the cost is poor.

I like Holiday Inn. However, the price of a room in podunk Alliance, NE is outrageous. My daughter lives there and has no room for us, so we are forced to stay there. Needless to say, we come only twice a year. The other hotels are not an option.

Alliance is a small town with few hotel offerings. Based on visual observation, the Holiday Inn Express appears to be your best bet. Book early, as Alliance is one of few outposts in this part of the country, and they seem to fill up quickly. Do not wait 'til the last minute to book, or hope you make it to Alliance for the night without a reservation. You might be out of luck-in the whole town! The facility is an older building, and there are many things you can't easily or affordably change about it. My biggest complaint is that my room seemed very humid, and clammy. The room was OK otherwise. I wish it had had more electrical outlets. The internet seemed slow, but I think due to the local network. I used my personal, cellular base station instead. The front desk staff is nice, but perhaps not as experienced as other HIEs I've stayed at. They had some trouble checking in my large group of 11, and I did not receive all the statements on one bill, which made it harder for me to charge back on my expense report. The breakfast staff seemed excellent and worked non-stop to clean and freshen the breakfast supplies. The great room is small, but works.

My cousin and I stayed five days visiting relatives and enjoying
Western Nebraska from Fort Robinson to a drive-in theater! The entire staff at this Holiday Inn are friendly and helpful. You couldn't feel more comfortable than we did. Service was spot on, The rooms were spotless. The breakfast service was great....the types of eggs etc changed everyday for variety, I don't think there was anything missing for whatever you enjoy for breakfast...it was extremely busy during the 4th of July weekend, yet heard no complaining from any of the other guests. It was a lovely relaxing visit. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express for all. Kudos to the staff!
