Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay in Alliance I happened to check in to the Property early evening, and a sprinkler head had broken during the afternoon. Crews were still cleaning up , but the person at the front desk (I regret I do not remember her name) was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience. She went out of her way to assure me this would not affect my stay, and it did not. Very professional and great service. January 29, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfied On a very cold & freezing evening, I walked into a reception room with about 10 large blowers blasting cold air on.me from all over. What a pleasant greeting. I asked if those could be switched off? NO! Same next morning at breakfast time. Again, I asked if those could be switched off, at least during breakfast time. Same NO answer! = this place has no consideration for the wellbeing of their customers!!!!!!!!! January 25, 2016
