Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good place to stay The positives: *This property is very close to GA400 and 285. *The hotel appears welcoming at first approach. *The lobby had been updated. *Staff was very courteous and helpful. *I stayed in a King Suite which has extra sitting room next to the bedroom. *Lighting has been upgraded in our room; nice chandelier and bedside lights. *And best of all, this is the only HI Express within 30 miles radius with indoor heating pool and Jacuzzi. The negatives: * The property is showing its age. In the bathroom, gaps between wall and tub were noticeable; caulking is recommended. * Sofa in the sitting is old; still usable though. * Pillows: My wife and I tried both soft and firm but couldn't sleep well. Pillows need filler material. * The third floor was extremely warm and that permeated our room as well. The heater was off in our room but the thermostat shows it was 80F+. We tried turning on the fan which didn't help. We ended up having to turn on the AC to be able to sleep. The room felt cooler then, but thermostat still showed the same temp; may be it was broken. Overall: I would recommend this property for business travelers, not for romantic getaway. Renovation for guest rooms is highly recommended. December 31, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Highly un satisfied As an IHG member I was very disappointed with my stay here. We drove 35 miles out of the way for this hotel because of the indoor hot tub and even called to make sure it was working and was told that it was. We arrived and put our things in the room and went to the hot tub and it was freezing cold. Went to the front desk and the front desk person was very rude about this. We only stayed because I recently had surgery and was in search of some hot tub therapy but no go there. All in all a huge waste of time and my points. December 5, 2014

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, necesitan una actualización sobre todo en la habitación. Lo que definitivamente necesita arreglarse es la piscina, ya que estaban los techos rotos y las paredes despintadas, así como el Jacuzzi que también era muy antiguo. Muchas Gracias! Saludos.
