Great Hotel, the staff did all that they could to help us during our stay! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone in the Northpoint area.
The desk clerks and housekeeping are exceptional for a Holiday Inn Express.
Breakfast was a surprise!

The staff, was great! We had a great stay, price was good and the staff was great. Ask for the Manager's special! I will return on my next visit to Alpharetta, Georgia.
The staff and amenities make all the difference.

This is the place to stay in Alpharetta, Georgia. The staff and Hotel were excellant! I am going to stay on my way back to Michagen from Florida. The indoor pool and whirlpool was relaxing.
I need to recognize the staff, what an exceptional job of service and attitude.

We worked with Janelle to book several rooms for a family wedding in Roswell. Janelle was very helpful in setting everything up for us. Emmanuel at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. We were even allowed to use the Breakfast Area one evening for our family Christmas get together. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights over the Christmas Holiday season. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Problems? The treadmill in the exercise room did not work. However, the biggest problem was the breakfast. In the entire four days the only fruit we were offered were brown bananas. The bagels and english muffins were so stale they were inedible. It is the only HIE that doesn't offer peanut butter either. This is a shame as the property is quite nice and our daughter just moved to Roswell, and we would like to frequent this hotel. Once again I must say the staff was very good.

In town on business, coca-cola and stopped in the Holiday Inn Express Alpharetta! The front Desk was great-upgraded my room-snacks and even had sales lady call me the next day about company rates!
This is the Hotel for all business guest-claen comfortable and the staff went out of their way to accomdate my requests!

In this area to go to the American Girl Doll Store. Could not ask for it to be any easier to find hotel and get to the mall. Would recommend to any parent or in my case grandparent who is going to American Girl Doll Store to stay here

the laundry service is very very expensive and does not take boxers and socks!
Other than that the exterior aspect of the hotel is quiet oldy

Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Workout room has been upgraded with some new equipment. Great breakfast! Our only problem was the very inconsistent wifi access - we like to listen to our all-news home NPR affiliate, and the program would suddenly stop - maybe for a few seconds, maybe for 10 or 15 minutes, as we kept losing the wifi feed. The desk staff said they would get their internet service folks to check it out, but we had to get back home before they had time to fix the problem. (Hopefully it will be better for our next visit.)

The young lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful
All the staff were courteous and friendly.
The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were really comfortable.
The hotel was close to were I needed to be in Atlanta

I was a bit nervous about staying here as I was afraid it might be a bit old and not in great condition, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean, relatively modern, and the staff was absolutely lovely. Every single person I encountered was nice, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The price was great, and I definitely feel like I got a lot for my money. The room was all that I needed - comfy bed, enough space, fridge and microwave, and clean. Convenient to lots of shopping and dining, too, without being right in the middle of the craziness of Atlanta. I will most definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

We were recently attending a concert at Verizon and HI location was excellent. We also enjoyed the area for shopping, dinner. Everything was within two miles. Room was clean, staff good. Overall good experience.
