Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Credit Card Issue was a non-issue
The card I used to reserve my room was compromised less than 24 hours before my stay, and I called the hotel to verify the reservation was secure. On arrival not only was the room ready but the reservation had a note to not charge the card that had been compromised. The staff was friendly and personable, and the room was very nice, quiet, and comfortable. All in all, a very nice stay!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on 12/20/2014 and since I was a Platinum Elite member asked for a room upgrade if space was available at the time of check-in. The guy at the front desk, Byron, did not offer one even though I could tell by the number of cars in the parking lot that the hotel was hardly full. One of the reason I try to qualify for the Platinum status every year is the complimentary upgrade but it seems that this is only to hook people in and not offered in practice. One other thing that I would like to mention is that the AC/heater unit in the room was extremely loud and had me waking up during the night. Otherwise, the room was clean and in line with the pictures people have posted. The hot breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The hotel is convenient located on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, minutes from Costco, Walmart and restaurants. The hotel appears to have been renovated recently. Everything was clean and smell fresh -- even the carpet. I like the attentiveness of staff who was very courteous.
Overall, I have a great time during my stay.
