another good HIEX, close to the freeway, rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. No recognition for PC (other than verbal) unless one is at highest levels. This seems to be true throughout the system now which doesn't promote loyalty.

We stayed ther for 8 days because our new house was not completed. I can't enough good about this property and the staff!

I was so disappointed with this stay. To begin with, our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. I could have easily dealt with this. The desk clerk allowed me into the kitchen to use their microwave.
We stayed 3 nights. Our room was not touched by the the housekeeping staff after the first night - no vacuum, no towels, no anything. We had been out of the room all but about an hour during the day. When I notified the desk of the oversight they apologized and handed me towels and offered to allow me to change rooms.
After the next night housekeeping came but they didn't replace the cups we had used, cleaned the ice bucket or replaced the liner and there was a torn hand towel lying on the floor of the bathroom.
Breakfast wasn't up to IHG's usual standards either. The bagels, and muffins were dry. The first two mornings there was no gravy for the bisquits. The second morning no meat - sausage, bacon, anything.
The heater fan would run for about 2 minutes, shut off for 5 then pop on again.
I am sure I stayed at this hotel once before, not long after it was built and at that time it was fine. Again, this visit left me very disappointed. The cost of this stay was more than most of the much better IHG rooms I have booked over the past 5 years. Without the amenities that were missing, and the services we didn't receive I think this room is worth a fraction of what I paid.
