Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by never stay here again The staff was very rude, threatened to kick the baseball team out of the hotel on the first night there, when more then one boy would walk from one room to another. The beds were "lumpy" and small. The carpet in our room felt damp at all times. The staff was not nice, never smiled and never offered any assistance. July 23, 2014

We stay at this hotel with our company year after year and keep coming back because of the exceptional service we get from the staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel. Lori and Heather are absolutely amazing to work with along with all the rest of the staff. They take great care in their jobs and made sure my group had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Surprised We were not sure where this hotel was located and was surprised by a great location, fantastic staff, and comfortable room. We had a full weekend of activities and the hotel was convenient and restful when we needed it. I loved the amount of light that flowed thru the window during the daytime and the large mirror was very helpful. We had a suite, which I really don't consider a suite, as the bedroom was not separated from the living area and kitchen, but still was nicer than a regular room so that we could have cold drinks and a place to sit instead of being on the bed all the time. Overall we were thrilled with this hotel. We continued to 2 additional hotels during our Iowa visit and this was by far the best of the three!! July 14, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average room , average property at premium price Room was 150 plus per night with nothing noteworthy of that price. Second floor away from elevators and ice machines as far away as possible still vibrate the walls and howel through the night. These Holiday Inn express properties that are basically a low budget box from a competitor with the Holiday Inn Express logo placed on them just continue to disappoint. I won't stay at another in this format. Branding is great but these propertied don't deliver. Mike July 12, 2014
