Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Santmuku We stayed with a pet in the first floor... The window curtains would not fully close and therefore the room was flooded with light from the parking lot.. I am a light sleeper so had a hard time sleeping. August 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk The manager on duty was indifferent to my staying at the hotel. She din't great me as a member after I gave her my card, and seemed to be thinking of something else. It was only after I got my bill that I noticed that my membership number was not included and I was not asked if I wanted points or a welcome package. I rectified this at check out. Also the lady responsible for the food was unresponsive for outages of food and hot water we needed for our trip that day. August 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel Stayed one night. Came in late. Great front desk. Bathroom spotless--plenty of towels. Everyone friendly. Did not eat breakfast but my wife and kids were pleased. Newer hotel. Surprisingly quiet for being off the freeway. Would stay again. Only negative was I called to book for a room right away and was charged a more expensive rate. August 14, 2014

A couple fo pieces of exercise equipment broken, I asked satff when would they be repaired...Answer "I dont know" very nonchalant at that. see next review on a different stay... August 8, 2014
