Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick to the Airport I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express off of I-40 when I had to catch a 5:15 AM flight! The airport is literally 10 minutes away with a very simple car return. I did not have the breakfast but warmed my left overs (which I stored in the mini fridge) and coffee in the handy microwave. I love when these are in the room! The beds were soft. The room clean. The decor was very nice. I was near the elevator, yet the only noise I heard around 8 PM were the kids in the swimming pool because my window was just over the pool. Thankfully they were all just laughing so it was not annoying. August 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel but overpriced The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. However I paid 2 times as much as I would normally pay at a Holiday Inn. Very disappointing. Several things in my room were broken the sofa bed, desk chair, and a drawer that would not close. Again for the price very disappointing. August 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Experience Ever Arrived at the hotel where they messed the reservation up, then billed it to the wrong credit card. The two staff that was working did not know how to cancel the reservation and fix the charges. When they called the manager she was not helpful at all. It took 2 hours that evening after an all-day flight to try to correct it. The following morning I had my checkout under my door (I was booked for 2 nights originally). I took it downstairs and the manager was there, when I spoke to her about all the issues her response was "It is not my problem." She did add another night onto my stay. She was not concerned that it took me 2 hours the night before and I spent another 45 minutes with her trying to get the pending charges straightened out. Also to add to it the several hundred dollar hold that was on my bank account was still there. This was a business trip. I stay at Holiday Inn all the time and I have never had this many issues. The staff was not trained and they both said they were new, that is why they contacted her although she did not help. The management in this hotel was definitely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel on the basis of customer service alone. Unfortunately I wasn't the only person having problems, there was a group of guys working in that area staying there and was having issues as well and was not happy at all. August 18, 2015
