I enjoyed my first night at this Holiday Inn. It was convenient, quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I will be back.

We stayed at a couple of Holiday Inn Expresses this trip that were a little below par, but this one was all right.

I stay in many hotels during the year and I always try to stay at a Holiday Inn of some sort. This place was awesome. It was wonderful to stay there. I had been in a remote town and had just spent 3 nights in a not so good hotel, and so when I got to Amarillo and stayed at this Holiday Inn, it was refreshing and wonderful. Front desk people were nice, shuttle guy was great! Just overall nice place.

I made the bad mistake of making a reservation at the old and worn out Holiday Inn @ I40 & Ross ave. When I walked in there
was a dozen pails in the lobby catching water dripping from the ceiling. The place is unacceptable and Holiday Inn should get their name off of it ASAP. I cancelled my reservation & walked out.
I went to the Amarillo East Hiliday Inn Express and Aaron
put me in a great room right away. The room was large and comfortable and the service throughout the hotel was perfect.
I'm a platinum priority club member and found this property and it's staff to be as good as it gets. Thank you.

We had never been in Amarillo before & had some questions about where to eat and then about how to quickly get to the area we planned to visit the next day. Their recommendation was great! We were told how to easily get to our destination for the next day, then the following morning as we were on our way out, the desk clerk had a list of places in that area that also might be of interest to us. Having such a proactive, cheerful and energetic staff was a wonderful way to start the day!

This is a very quiet, nice facility. Staff was great, room was very clean and the entire hotel was quiet. Being just outside of the city keeps this hotel quiet for a good nights sleep.

This was our first stop as we started our cross country journey to get home. We stopped at the Amarillo, TX Holiday Inn Express and found that the staff bent over backwards to help us get a good nights sleep. We ended up in a double queen suite and it was amazing!!! The bathroom was clean and beautiful. The beds were great and we did get a great night of sleep. We loved the couch and coffee table as well as the nice flat screen TV. THANKS HIE FOR TAKING CARE OF US!!!

This hotel double charged my credit card for my one night stay on 10/20/2012. I can see the double charge, my credit card company can see the double charge, the manager cannot see the double charge and does not want to see any proof of their error. I now have to dispute the double charge with my credit card company, who by the way was very helpful.

Same and limited breakfast selection three days in a row. Pancake maker did not work and none of the staff could get it to work for more than one pancake. Most of the staff did not speak or understand english well. Pool was not clean. Front desk (checkin) staff was very good but service staff was poor.

Always where I stay in Amarillo, Texas. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, awesome breakfast with great variety. Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center and Free Internet are great perks!
