We found your hotel to feel "cold" and "hospital" like. Would not check into this hotel in the future.
No towel rods in bathroom, why?
Room was like sleeping in a closet ! Had to put a comforter into the leak in the window ! Had a breeze blowing that was felt clear across the room.
New, but not good !

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, easy to get to when travelling. Have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one is tops in comparison.

When I got home from my trip, I called to tell the staff I had forgotten my electric razor cord and they told me they would call me back and I have never heard back from them. If I cannot get it back, I will have to either buy a new razor or try to order a new cord. I have stayed at other hotels and left a phone charger and they kept it for me when I returned. I am returning to Amarillo at the same place on Tuesday April 23 for my work shift for Walgreens and was very disappointed not to hear from Holiday Inn as Walgreens uses this Holiday Inn quite frequently. I would still appreciate hearing from someone if they found it, as I know I left it there. I left my number with the front desk.

this is a great clean friendly place to stay,, they helped me with so many questions.. and the beds were comfortable, the space was nice the bathroom even had a tv in there,,, not to miss your show. lol it is a great place give 5 stars

We stopped for 1 night returning home to CO from TX. The hotel is fairly new and modern. The beds were comfortable and an additional tv in the bathroom was something different. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of an individual meat product during breakfast. There was sausage in the gravy but not everyone likes gravy. But overall a great hotel.

WOW, what a beautiful hotel, brand new. We have traveled across the country and have stayed in a variety of Holidays Inns and this property has to be my favorite one!! The room was so comfy and beautifully decorated, there was even a TV in the bathroom, my husband loved that!!
We were greeted so warmly by the staff they even had appetizers in the lobby. The young lady recommended the best restaurant for dinner and we loved it.
I also used the fitness room which was very nice.
Breakfast was great and the coffee was delicious!!!
I would loved to stay for a week!!!

I started staying here in the fall of 2012 about once per month. The rooms have great beds and are very clean. There is a small flat screen TV in the bathroom as well kas a mini fringe and microwave in the rooms. They have snacks and beer and wine in the evening complimentary. This is the best Holiday Inn Express you will ever stay in.

Very clean room. Would like to have breakfast service begin at 6 AM. Also, if the doors to other rooms could shut with less noise and other guests did not run in the hallway around midnight the stay would have been perfect.

What a fantastic place to get some overnight rest on our trip north. We were exhausted and the room was clean, quiet and very suitable. If we're ever in Amarillo again we will definitely stay here.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to the Grand Canyon. It is conveniently located on the west side of Amarillo. Easy access to variety of restaurants. We left early so did not eat breakfast at the hotel. They upgraded us when we arrived. The room was very comfortable. We liked it so much that we stay there again on our way back from the Grand Canyon.

The Holiday Inn Express West in Amarillo is a wonderful place to stay in a quiet location. The hotel is located close to great restaurants and shopping as well as close to hospitals and doctors. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to meet any needs you might have. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was here on business and I am very pleased with the customer service. From check-in to meeting room attendant to check-out everything was great. I would recommend having a bit more available to guests in your sweet shop.

The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and checkout was easy. This was a good choice and we look forward to additional stays on our travels.

I cannot strongly enough recommend the Holiday Inn Express Inn & Suites of Amarillo West. Varun, Amanda, Sergio, and Journey went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was impeccable. The beautiful grounds and accommodations and the service and detail oriented staff truly made my time here the best hotel stay I have EVER made. Simply put, it was just as though I was home. If you are traveling through Amarillo, this is the ONLY place to stay.

Our recent stay could have ended badly on Jan 21 (my fault) because I left a bag in the parking lot as we checked out. We were 30 miles down the road when the Manager on duty called to tell us that a kind man had turned it in. The Manager had made at least 2 calls to track down my cell phone number and catch us as soon as possible. Thank You!

Loved the bed and the room! Neither remote worked for either TV in our room though, so that was disappointing to the 6-year old. Hopefully housekeeping figured that out when they couldn't turn the TV off since it seemed to have no manual switch.

I am only 5' tall and it was difficult to climb in and out of the bed. The hotel is so wonderful that I didn't allow that to stop me from staying there. I came back 3 times!
Wonderful salt water pool.
Sergio was so friendly and always helpful. Also young lady who works late afternoon. Very nice!!!
I am not sure if he was the owner or manager but he was always around. Dressed nicely in suit and always chatting with hotel visitors.
The nighttime snacks were not very healthy.
