Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dont plan on making your own coffe I spend the night at your hotel and woke up to make me some coffee. I found the coffee maker had an old coffee filter in it. I don’t know how old the filer was but it appeared to be fairly old as it was very dry. I proceeded to remove the filter and cleaned out the filter holder and washed the pitcher just to make sure it was cleaned. I was only able to "rinse" it as I did not have any dish washing solution. After this I thought to myself "what else is not cleaned in my room" and felt very uneasy. As you can tell by my status I travel extensively and frequently and I don’t expect to clean my own coffee maker or feel uncomfortable about staying at a hotel. Again it makes me wonder if my sheets were clean and if my pillow cases were actually cleaned or were the pillows just fluffed up to appear fresh. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. I took several pictures of the coffeemaker, it was nasty!!!! November 21, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wi-Fi and Front Desk Wi-fi did not work (computer, phone or i-pads) would not lock up or stay locked in once connected. Front desk operators were no help (afternoon/evening person told us to use cable from telephone when I asked for an internet cable). Internet never worked over the 3 days/2 nights we were there. When we received our bill at checkout, I noticed large discrepancy for soft drinks purchased ($5 for 3 on Friday, $24 for 4 on Saturday) and I pre-paid on points/dollars but notices an Occupancy fee of $25 per night. Front desk operator noted the incorrect sodas, had no idea what the occupancy charge was for and had no idea how to change anything in the system. This forced us to delay our departure by 1 hour to wait for the day shift operators to come in to work. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very clean, breakfast was great. November 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Price a little high I thought for the room rate was a little too high for a property in Amarillo in general and this specific location in particular. It's not near the airport, nor is it downtown. I also thought the door of my room was too difficult to open and close. Other than that, everything was OK November 17, 2014

Our room was very quiet, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was more than we could ask for. The check in staff made us feel like we were part of the family. Enjoyed the shower with plenty of hot water. Towel not hard and did not smell like chemicals. Breakfast was good, you could find something you liked. Hotel and room looked clean. October 28, 2014
