Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by managements lack of concern My daughter her left glasses in the room, I called back that evening and was told by the front desk they couldn't get in the lost and found locker. Housekeeping takes care of that. I found this to be totally careless on behalf of the hotel management. This was on Friday and I had to wait till Monday to find out if the glasses were in the lost and found. They were not and I was told that the hotel staff had been asked about the glasses and they had not been seen. I ask two of the staff if they had saw the glasses and one said she had and had her hands full at the time and went to finish what she was doing and come back and the glasses were gone. The front desk clerk was there when I ask the staff about the glasses. This tells me that management didn't care about the glasses and told us they had ask the staff about them. I feel that as a guest I was not appreciated and they figured I would not be back through this area again and didn't get concerned. I was never called once by the hotel, even though they were told by corporate to call us upon completion of their so called investigation, I had to initiate every call. October 8, 2014
