Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Out of Town Get away Friendly customer service agent named Justin, Chad was really sweet he offered me a hair tie the next morning because mine broke. First room we checked into was clean but the second was dirty and not up to par. We had paid for a two queen but had to be put in a king with a cot, which wasnt good for my boyfriend because he has metal rods..... being a platinum member an upgrade would have been nice or some extra points.... also i was looking on my account and the extra 2,000 points i paid for each room was not deposited into my account... or the extra 500 for being a platinum member March 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good bed Room had very poor lighting and the curtain was broken. They would not make up the bed. Tissue paper in bathroom was the poorest quality I have ever seen. Manager told us one thing and did not do it concerning our bill. Eggs were almost uneatable. March 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par This was my third stay at this location and it fell short for the HIE chain. The look and feel of the hotel was spot on, as was the room. This location fell short with the staff. An effort needs to be made to prepare for adverse weather. During my stay six inches of snow fell. No effort was made to clear the sidewalks, not even the blown snow was removed from the entrance. Staff gathered at the front entrance to take a smoke break, this wafted the smoke smell to the dinning area, not how I like to eat breakfast. There were a few other minor issues, but with a bit of work with staff this could be a great location like the many other HIE I have stayed at. March 1, 2015
