This location is on par with what I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express except for the lack of a self service guest laundry. This location only offers full service laundry and does not have any coin operated machines like I have seen at other locations. When I work out in the fitness facilities I like to wash my gym clothes the same evening I use them..

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Curt87 Worst hotel billing experience of my life
Everything else was okay/average, but they quadruple-billed my card for the same room - and it took three days for them to fix it. The staff and management made no effort to be available when I was there to try and fix the problem. There was no question it was a hotel error, and it froze my card prior to a cross-country return trip, but nobody at the hotel offered any special consideration for the extreme hardship the billing caused.
That was the worst thing, but there were two other egregious billing mistakes, as well - like charging the wrong card for another room for which I paid. I have been a high-level rewards member for 20 years at three other hotel chains, and this was the worst billing (and customer service) issue I have encountered in my life.

Over all not a bad stay. Easy access to freeway. Decent amenities. Extremely slow internet.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MG123456 This place keeps getting worse
Recently, i have been staying here almost two nights a week for business. Several weeks ago i complained about the heater - it would come on and rattle in the middle of the night. I complained and it was not fixed.
This last week after taking a shower, i realized there were no large towels. So, i let them know. They said they would take care off it. I came back to the room after a long day and they did not even clean my room! I called and they showed up with fresh towels and a couple bags of snacks. (I do need peace offerings, i need a reliable clean place to rest.)
I leave around 7:30am and do not get back till 8 or 9pm. Just need a place to sleep and shower. Why is that so hard for this hotel. In my 20+ years of business travel, this on is at the bottom of my list. (The lady who handles the breakfast is one of the only reasons i smile when i stay there.)
I have learned to tune out the noise from the highway.
The bad part is given the long work hours, i do not want to drive a long way to a different hotel but if this keeps up, i am gone.

Please develop your business center. It is very small and as groups we need a little more space and sometimes larger tables so that we can have an actual meeting late at night after auditing.

Excellent room conditions with good working order appliances. The most terrible front desk and absentee manager.

The guy that worked at the desk at night was very friendly and helpful when it came to recommendations in the area! I just wish they had cookies like the other hotels and a better workout room.
