Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Barely passed Second TV in the suite did not work, was there 3 days and 2 nights and they still could not get it to work. I bring my own bath soap and the maids threw it out both mornings - they even threw away my welcome pouch my key cards came in so I did not have the internet code anymore. They failed to recognize my standing in the rewards club. January 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Getaway Even though there were kids at the hotel we couldn't hear them in our room. Spacious rooms- soft sheets and comfy beds. Small towels in the pool- if you can try to get to the pool before the families all show up Great service- early check-in and late check out available. Overall- we'd stay there again for the price. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Stayed at Holiday Inn and Suites American Fork- Provo for one week. The room was comfortable and roomy, 2 queens and a sofa bed. The room was cleaned and serviced very well and kept very cleaned. Staff was cordial and responsive to needs, however, they could be a bit more friendly. Facilities very clean always January 13, 2015

From time to time, some hot breakfast items are cold. On the whole, I would not hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to staying there again. December 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved our stay! It is certainly not the biggest hotel, but for what they lack in size, they more than make up for it in every other way. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, feels like band new, and the lobby and rooms were incredibly comfortable. They immediately recognized my Gold status, had an upgraded suite already selected, and offered me a loyalty thank you bag or 300 points. When she could see my daughter and I were struggling to decide, she just smiled and said, "Since you are working towards your platinum status, how about the points and two bags, one for each of you?"
