Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by needs updating in room After staying at other Holiday Inn Express hotels that were newer it was difficult to enjoy our stay completely in the American Fork hotel. The bathroom offered only a very small sink with limited space for toiletries. The breakfast food was not very good compared to the other Holiday Inn's (Lake Elsinore, California). There was no thermostat in room, operated by off/on/high/low wall unit. August 18, 2014

Not far off the freeway, but tucked away a bit. Perfect for our vacation; traveling back and forth from Provo and Thanksgiving Point. Very close to Thanksgiving Point, and a good option for those needing the extra pull-out sofa like ourselves. August 14, 2014

The bath tub had paint peeling so my daughter couldn't take a bath, the floor was still dirty and we found stuff left in the fridge. The pool was WAY too chlorinated and because it's indoor pool the whole area was so strong, I wasn't even in the pool and my eyes hurt, my daughters eyes were red afterward. The hot tub wasn't working and had bugs in it. Go stay at the holiday inn express across town or just upgrade and go to a nice hotel period. August 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Staycation Above all, rooms were clean! Very comfortable beds for our family of six. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast (although short on allergy friendly options). The hotel is right off the interstate so there is some highway noise but it kept me up less than my husbands snoring. August 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Staff We stayed 2 times in the same week split up by family activities so the first time the rooms was clean but the second time the bathroom was not very clean. Also, the second room we got didn't have a fridge because I guess it was broken and they didn't have a replacement. I just wish I would have asked for a reduced rate, but I didn't. Staff was generally pleasant and willing to answer questions. July 15, 2014
