Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved our stay! It is certainly not the biggest hotel, but for what they lack in size, they more than make up for it in every other way. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, feels like band new, and the lobby and rooms were incredibly comfortable. They immediately recognized my Gold status, had an upgraded suite already selected, and offered me a loyalty thank you bag or 300 points. When she could see my daughter and I were struggling to decide, she just smiled and said, "Since you are working towards your platinum status, how about the points and two bags, one for each of you?" Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Old hotel The room was clean but the heater didn't work well, you couldn't use the desk chair because it was old, uncomfortable and you could not sit straight it only tilted back. The clock didn't work and the internet was slow. The business center - one of the two computers and printers didn't work The people were nice, the bed was clean and comfortable so it wasn't all bad. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, nice breakfast and a great staff with excellent customer service. I would consider the rate I paid to be a very good value. December 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small bathroom and poor HVAC I would have rated this hotel better but the HVAC is very dated and the thermostat is all but useless. This technology needs updating. Could not get the heat set to a decent temperature level without the fan blowing and drying out the air constantly. This is a very difficult location to find and the signage into the place is terrible as wll. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, quiet, professional staff, but a little hard to find Great hotel. It was clean, quiet, good value for the price, and the staff was super professional. My only complaints were that the location is a little hard to find, it's back behind some stores and you have to wind around on a back street to get there. Also, the room was freezing cold when we got there and the heater took a while to work. After that it was a very comfortable stay and I'd definitely stay there again. November 20, 2014

Oddly, lights are not available to pool users; staff must be notified to operate them. Breakfast options were available for GF diets. The only negative was the lack of secured internet service.
