Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel billing experience of my life Everything else was okay/average, but they quadruple-billed my card for the same room - and it took three days for them to fix it. The staff and management made no effort to be available when I was there to try and fix the problem. There was no question it was a hotel error, and it froze my card prior to a cross-country return trip, but nobody at the hotel offered any special consideration for the extreme hardship the billing caused. That was the worst thing, but there were two other egregious billing mistakes, as well - like charging the wrong card for another room for which I paid. I have been a high-level rewards member for 20 years at three other hotel chains, and this was the worst billing (and customer service) issue I have encountered in my life. April 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This place keeps getting worse Recently, i have been staying here almost two nights a week for business. Several weeks ago i complained about the heater - it would come on and rattle in the middle of the night. I complained and it was not fixed. This last week after taking a shower, i realized there were no large towels. So, i let them know. They said they would take care off it. I came back to the room after a long day and they did not even clean my room! I called and they showed up with fresh towels and a couple bags of snacks. (I do need peace offerings, i need a reliable clean place to rest.) I leave around 7:30am and do not get back till 8 or 9pm. Just need a place to sleep and shower. Why is that so hard for this hotel. In my 20+ years of business travel, this on is at the bottom of my list. (The lady who handles the breakfast is one of the only reasons i smile when i stay there.) I have learned to tune out the noise from the highway. The bad part is given the long work hours, i do not want to drive a long way to a different hotel but if this keeps up, i am gone. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable and bad customer service We stayed at two other holiday inn express locations on our trip last week. This hotel was our third stop. The other hotels had friendly staff and service. This hotel did not. It was a very cold atmosphere, not welcoming at all. The staff was not friendly, and we were happy to check out and leave the hotel in the morning. Our other experiences were good, but this particular hotel was very uncomfortable for us. April 6, 2015
