The front desk staff were very rude and did not want to help with check in or check out. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern. The staff for the breakfast were great. They provided and great breakfast and greeted you with a smile. Cant say the same for the front desk....

Very nice hotel with nice English speaking American staff! Comfortable and clean rooms. Like the choice of pillows provided from firm to soft.

Great place to stay when doing business on the North-east side of Indianapolis. Express routes south and Interstate runs east and west. Easy to get business done in Indianapolis and jump start trip back north in the morning.

I came in for a basketball tournament and I needed a roll away bed. When I made my reservation a month early they reserved the bed for me. 1 week before arrival I confirmed the roll away bed again. The day of arrival I called and they said it was all taken care of. I arrived at 8:05 pm, they said "sorry all roll away beds are taken". This is absolute crummy service and lack of communication by the hotel.

I have stayed here several times in the past and it is a very good hotel. The last time I stayed was back in mid December of 2014. I had several issues during that last stay with the cable not working, no hot water, and a forgotten wake up call. The hotel front counter said they would deposited 15,000 points into my account for the issues. I have not received those points yet.
