The hotel was very nice. We decided to get away for a night and we usually stay at another hotel in the area. We like the Suite here at Holiday Inn Express. We will definitely stay here again!

Accommodations and location was average at best. Beds were not comfortable compared to similarly priced competitor brands.

This property was your typical Holiday Inn. Very well kept and nice accommodations. My stay was one week and the only issue I had was that the room was not vacuumed daily.

Used a free night certificate but was charged anyway. Took 2 attempts to get it fixed. Know-it-all "manager" Jess tried to tell me it was a deposit when the bill clearly said it was a room and tax charge. I warned her that my feedback was going to be very negative.
Checked again 5 days later and sure enough, they charged my credit card for room and tax, not a deposit. It took multiple discussions before they "discovered" that they'd checked me in wrong. Said they'd reverse the charge, but as of now, it hasn't been. If still there in a few days, I'll refute the charge with my credit card company.
Save yourself the trouble and stay at one of many other hotel choices in the area.

This is a nice hotel in a good area. It is close to everything in Anderson. It sets right off of I-69 so it's not far from Indy either. I have stayed here two times in the last two weeks. Five days all together. I enjoyed the hotel but the internet goes in and out all the time. On the first visit I thought it might of been some local issue out of their control. But when I returned this week. It was the same thing. So, its a nice little hotel if you don't need internet. Its not a good place to stay if you are a business traveler and count on a good connection.
