Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by They Didn't do what they said they would I came in for a basketball tournament and I needed a roll away bed. When I made my reservation a month early they reserved the bed for me. 1 week before arrival I confirmed the roll away bed again. The day of arrival I called and they said it was all taken care of. I arrived at 8:05 pm, they said "sorry all roll away beds are taken". This is absolute crummy service and lack of communication by the hotel. May 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Missing Points I have stayed here several times in the past and it is a very good hotel. The last time I stayed was back in mid December of 2014. I had several issues during that last stay with the cable not working, no hot water, and a forgotten wake up call. The hotel front counter said they would deposited 15,000 points into my account for the issues. I have not received those points yet. April 27, 2015

The hot food was hot and the cold food cold and good selection. The bed was comfortable and pillows were a little soft for me, but was given extra pillows. April 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rude staff We have stayed here many times in the past and never have we had any complaints. Was surprised that the microwave and fridge had been removed and the stand that they were in was still in the room. When we arrived it was for a rewards stay and the person who checked us in was very short with her answers to questions it made us feel uncomfortable. Next time in Anderson, I believe we will stay with a competitor but we will continue to stay at Holiday Inns in other locations. April 19, 2015
