Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty, rude, ugly and entrusted property I stayed at this hotel and the staff were rude (Jess) and the manager is extremely rude, lying and respectfulness (Brennan Johnson), the room was dirty and has a very bad smell. I called to change my room and the front desk didn't change it. the next day the manager was apologize but she was rude, she offered me to give me 10000 points and I reject, but she said I want to do that, then I said Okay, and nothing happen yet. Also, she promised me that my room will be cleaning every day by the Head House Keeper which is (Stephanie). she was very nice in talking and her acts. but my room was not cleaned very well when Stephanie is not available. I gave them another chance (per the manager request) to correct these issues but nothing comes true. she always not available in the hotel. so how did she manage the property without attending the issues. that was frustrated and ridicules. after few days I found them they are not charging me then I went to the front desk -on my second stay- to let them know that there is no one charge me. the front desk at that time charged me and said thank you. so the manager is not knowing how to do her job because she was checking me out. look at the picture the room has hairs every where. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good. I wasn't offered my welcome amenity at check in or a complimentary room upgrade but at an express the upgrades are not always a possibility. I wasn't recognized as Spire but really I don't care about that. Overall this was your typical express experience. I really enjoyed using the outside bbq grill for my 10 day stay. They didn't clean my room at all for my first night. When I asked why they said they had some problems with staff and did give me 3000 points for the inconvenience. House keeping was pretty much the worst I've ever seen here and I've stayed at many IHG properties, hundreds of nights and this was the worst. They cleaned the room after the complaint but they punished me for making that complaint. Pubes in my tooth brush, the works. I witnessed the police chasing a suspect toward me as I was outside by the hotels side door. They stunned him just before he made it onto the hotel property line. The police presence was very impressive in Anderson. Police everywhere! its a short drive to Indianapolis from here. I had a nice trip there and ate at a place called Dicks. It was my first time there and I will never forget it. Very unique restaurant to say the least. May 29, 2016
