Very friendly staff - I had an issue with renting a car at the airport and the front desk staff made sure I had the name of an area driver who could help.

Although it is off I-35 a bit-it was worth going thru the city construction zone to arrive at this private setting among big trees and a duck pond.

Nice quiet place to stay. There was alot of space for the room. The TV is the living space did not work. Breakfast menu could have more options. Overall, fair price for the stay.

We usually have a wonderful experience staying at Holiday Inn properties. We have stayed at many across the nation. NOT THIS TIME!! NEVER AGAIN!! No breakfast!! When we asked their excuse was that they had a girls ball team. We arrived for breakfast at 8:45 and NOTHING!! Cold coffee. DIRTY!! Horrible customer service. The lobby needs COMPLETE CLEAN UP!! Tables wobbly!! NEVER AGAIN!! Our bathroom was dirty and moldy. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

My husband is disabled so we stayed in a handicap room. The 1st floor room was convenient for my husband, and was easy to get to for breakfast and out to the parking area.
Lighting in the room was most inadequate for older people. We use fluorescent lights at home to save on electricity, but we use the 23 W (1600 lumens) so that we have adequate light. I had to move the lamp from the computer table to the floor next to my husband's chair in order to see the bandages on his legs, medicate the areas and replace his Juxta-lite compression system. There were only three lamps in the room, with maybe 10 W bulbs in them. Very poor lighting. The East window helped with some sunlight. Please consider using larger bulbs, either fluorescent, or L.E.D. would work to save on electricity expense.
The bathroom needs a table, or counter, to place items that one is using to make them accessible, especially for a handicapped person. The sink area retained water, and it did not drain back into the sink, so one must continue to dry it off or water runs on the floor. We used more towels because we had to wipe the water off the sink area each time we used it.
Overall, we enjoyed out stay, and the staff was polite, helpful and friendly to us.
