Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Management While we were in town for business. We got done with our install a day earlier than expected. Since our office books all our hotel stays, we call to change hotels so we did not have to drive 3 1/2 hours the next morning back to Amarillio. When we went to check out the front counter person said we could not check out due to some code in the system. She did call her manager and we were told NO we could not check out since it was some kind of discount and that is was done by a third party. We never use 3rd parties to book our rooms. We always go right to the hotels website and book it. Needless to say that the manager would NOT budge and we had to make the 3 1/2 hour drive that next morning. February 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just an OK location I stayed at this site due to work. I found it to be just "OK." The room was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast served was the standard HIE fare. The saccharin christian music playing in the lobby was annoying to me. It's probably the best hotel in the area, but I would recommend travelling a few miles and finding another. February 12, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did not get the room that I reserved I reserved two king rooms on the phone with the local staff. When I arrived they only had one king room and a queen room. I was told that they would email me my confirmation and never did. My co-worker and I took the two rooms because they where the only ones left. Both of our rooms did not have hot water, Luke warm at best. Did not get recognition that we were both priority members. February 5, 2014
