I had to book the room at the last minute as I had previously booked the Hotel down the street and they did not have the things offered on there web site such as a pool for my grand-baby to swim in as she had been promised for a 6hr drive. I was very upset when I came in to book the room as the manager at the other hotel was very rude and had my temper up! Then I met the extremely professional and friendly staff you have here at the Holiday Inn Express. It was my poor judgment that cost me two hotel rooms, however, I was extremely pleased with everything about your hotel and will stay here again, I can only hope all your hotels are as nice and friendly as this one in Andrews, I have stayed at the one in Galveston as well and had just as great of a stay!! so thank you for providing your customers with a great room and staff. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by staff was rude and no room till close to 9 pm Called my reservation in around 3 pm and I arrived at 430 pm the woman at the front desk was rude and said the room wasn't ready yet I went ahead an put my stuff in the other room I got for my coworker and went to store came back at 530 pm still no room .I went to coworkers room to wait long story short it was well after 8 pm before I got my room and thus happened to a couple other people as well so the next morning I got several excuses for the deal and told I would receive 5000 extra points that far as I know I still don't have but I will say this I have never had this happen at another holiday inn this location makes them look bad June 28, 2014
