There was a lot of confusion about my check in. I was not recognized as a Gold Elite member, which is no biggie. It happens a lot. I was not given the Government rate that I was promised over the phone. They did not have my IHG member on file. The person that checked me in had to ask several times for my credit card. Overall, it took about 30 minutes to get me checked in. The room that I had was facing the parking lot. Once it got dark, the light shining on the sign was directly facing in my window. The "blackout" shades were anything but blackout. It made it very difficult to sleep.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, 3 rooms for 2 nights, and 1 room for 1 night all from THursday thru Sunday. My son was getting married and we contacted the hotel about doing a block of rooms but never heard from the manager! Then I called and added some more rooms and again asked if we could get a block of room discount was told manager would contact me and again no call!!! I called to add 1 more room and they said they would add it to the reservation and it would be at the same rate I already had and I said ok and I was still waiting for a call from the manager oh so sorry we will have him call you but again no call from anyone!! Stayed there and the first morning there we were awaken up by the people upstairs excerising for from 5- AM! We got to bed at 1 am the next night and yes they were at it again Saturday morning from 5-7AM!!!!! We added 2 more rooms for 1 night and yet no call back!! I contact the hotel after the stay because I found out they charged me $50.00 more for Saturday night then the other 5 rooms paid!!! I have contacted the hotel twice and was told he would contact me and I STILL AM WAITING FOR HIM TO CALL!!! What kind of customer service do they have!! Also asked for email conformation but only got 2 of the 5! I called and asked for that twice and was told oh I am sorry you are correct we didn't send them I will get them sent right away!! Next recieved them!!!!! We get water and popcorn from other Holiday Inn Express but not this hotel!!

I stayed here last Saturday night,after attending a wedding. When I returned there was no parking spaces left. A bus was taking multiple spacing.. Motel was very noisy due to a girls sporting event.. A waited for someone to leave for over a half hour. I wished I had been warned about this's. Noisy hallway.

We stayed while visiting family in the area and had enough space in the common areas to spend time with them. We enjoyed the large breakfast that was provided. The rooms were well furnished and clean and the bathroom was very well kept.

Room was updated or relatively new, and clean. Price was expensive; much higher than avg HI Express, probably taking advantage of events nearby. Wireless internet was horribly slow. Friday night was very loud and some fool either pulled the fire alarm or was smoking, which is not the hotel's fault, but they took way too long to shut it off and my ears are still ringing.
