Your folks combined expertise and warmth. A laudable exception to what one finds. Anastasia went out of her way to help me. She worked with me to enter the rewards program. I will be staying away many nights this year and will single out HIX because of her efforts. December 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by broken desk chair this was my second stay at a Holiday Inn that week. at this location the desk chair was broken and not usable. it should have been in the junk. a few day before the same broken chair at the desk! the owners don't care about customer comfort only the money or the chairs would have been replaced.
