Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small suite No one at front desk when I was trying to check in. Had to yell for someone. Suite was small. Had to move coffee table to pull out couch, then had no where to put it. Had no sheets, pillow or blanket for couch. Went to get, no one at front desk again. Then was given several dust ruffles that they thought were blanket and a pillow. Only had three towel and two wash rags for four people. So back to the front desk. When maid cleaned she only left three towels and two wash regs again. So back to front desk. Room wash clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. October 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst The hotel is old and dirty and things are worn out. The airconditiong went out in my first room and the refrigerator did not work in my second room. The maintenance man was helpful; he made sure I got another room when the A/C quit and also brought me another refrigerator in that second room. October 13, 2014

If you are not used to urban ambient noise (I live in the country), request a room on the back side of the hotel. The train runs at night and the horn is annoying. I moved to the back side of the hotel and no more noise. October 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff I am a member of the iHG rewards program which came in handy since all the hotels in the area were sold out for the football game September 28,2014 at the AT&T stadium. The staff was super nice and accomodating. The hotel shuttle bus drove us each day to the stadium or Walmart as close as they could as certain street was closed off to traffic. I enjoyed the game day refreshments in the lobby on game day, nice touch!!I found a new hotel in Dallas. October 10, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awkward stay Our stay here was not enjoyable. For starters, the hotel had a musty, old cigarette smell to it. The room was ok but we could hear everything going on both below us and around us in other rooms. The wi-fi signal was so terrible we could not connect. The pool area was the best feature. Breakfast was sub-par for Holiday Inn express. Most food was over cooked except the sausage that was cold in the center. Location near major attractions is nice but we will be staying at the Holiday Inn across the interstate next time. Staff was nice and helpful but nothing could rescue our stay. October 9, 2014
