Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Stay Every thing was wonderful, from the minute we walked in the front doors. Traveling with my handicapped 82 year mother. They went out of their way to help. Holding elevators, helping in and out of our car, coming to our breakfast table to see if we needed anything. Beds were so comfortable, wanted to take it home with me. November 26, 2015

I have been a normally platinum priority club member but occasionally drop to gold status and I have stayed at IHG properties for 20+ years and I always make my reservation and confirm it with my credit card, but I always pay my bill when I check out in cash ( the way that I prefer!). Much to my surprise, when I went to check out and pay for my room, They refused to accept cash. Manager had a bit of an attitude during our checkout. No where on the reservation page did it say that they did not accept cash. They can give all kinds of information, but you would think something as novel as refusing to allow their customers to pay with cash would be an important notice to include. I guess I'm going to have to find out in advance before I make my reservations from now on (quite an inconvenience and pain). Or maybe I need to think about taking all my business elsewhere to a hotel chain where I am allowed to pay with cash!! How far off the beaten path has America gone when cash is no longer an acceptable payment!!!! November 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor bed and dilapidated bathroom The bed in our room was broken down. The room was ok. The bathroom had some previous work done to it, and it was a poor repair. There were cracks in the tile. the fixtures where well used need replacing. The breakfast area needed more cleaning during breakfast. The coffee was terrible. November 18, 2015
