Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Difficult parking and entry into hotel/room comfortable The hotel appearance is nice and room was comfortable. Noted comfortable mattress. Night time front desk staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Parking is very inconvenient and all entrances other than front door require steps which is difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Minimal front parking spaces and must walk around hotel to enter through front door; again, difficult for mobility issues. July 21, 2015

We arrived late in the evening on July 4th, had to find the desk clerk after about 5 minute wait at front desk, she was in a room next to the front desk. We stayed in room 209, there was a light out near the bath tub/shower that never got replaced the whole week of our stay. We had a couple one day where the cleaning staff didn't even make our bed, clean our room or give us fresh towels. Breakfast was good. Pool was open, but not cleaned regularly. Otherwise good location, most of the staff was pleasant. Didn't recognize me as a rewards member at check in. July 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room needs repair and morning staff rude The bathroom sink stopper was not operable. It was broken. The shower head was 4 inches out of the wall on a plain PVC pipe. The shower off and on adjustment was loose and didn't work. The morning front desk person was rude and not knowledgeable. When she was corrected by her boss she shrugged her shoulders. We rented 2 rooms and the rest of our family had similar experience with he plumbing. Grandchildren were disappointed when they were told the pool was closed when it should have been open. Your company can do better than this. This is the worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in. You need to inspect these facilities more often. July 1, 2015
