Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay, Professional Staff, Comfortable accommodations Arrived late from long day meeting with customers, Greeted by Mike ( overnight desk person) very professional, pleasant and very friendly, called room after check in to assure my room was okay and was there any problems. Great night sleep on the bed, mattress very comfortable. Greeted in the morning by Eric was preparing and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area! Extremely professional and demonstrates an image that this property should be proud of. (He even wears a chef's smock top) Overall stay was SUPER! If you also are headed to the NC Zoo, this is definitely the place to stay! They even offer zoo packages for families! Would definitely stay here again! November 13, 2014

This hotel has 2 Managers receptions on Tuesday and Thursday nights with very tasteful food selections! I have stayed at this property several times and will continue to stay with them!
