Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid Holiday Inn This hotel is a reliable Holiday Inn Express. Rooms were clean with comfortable mattresses and decent breakfast offered. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. It's pretty far from Ashland itself but that's just the way it in that area. August 26, 2015

When I checked in I was pleasantly surprised to here that breakfast started at 6:00 am. That put a smile on face and a jump start on the next days travel. August 24, 2015

The beds were outstanding and the suite was great! We will definitely stay here again if there is room availability. August 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb front desk associate The young front desk agent on Sunday evening August 2nd was quite knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond her obligations to the hotel guests. For example, she offered flavored syrup and whipped cream for the 8-midnight pancakes. She upgraded my room to a pull out sofa bed when I asked whether the roll away beds were complimentary. She seemed relaxed with a continual positive attitude. I look forward to my next stay at the Holiday inn Express in Ashland. August 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ashland Business Trip Everything was super. All of the employees were outstanding. I filled one of these out earlier for the first week we stayed there and all of that still stands. Breakfast was always perfect, the front desk was able to accommodate the additional days we needed to stay and the cleaning staff was very friendly and did an outstanding job. I would be happy to have employees like you have there and it seems like they really enjoy working there. I do have one thing I was a little disappointed about in our stay. We ended up staying for a month. I asked if there was a discount rate for staying that long. I did get a discounted rate for the last week. When I asked about a discounted rate for the other days of our stay, the gal at the front desk had to ask the mgr on duty. I was denied any additional discount. Also disappointing was the fact that the manager didn't come talk to me or seem to even negotiate or try to work something out with me. I would have expected a little more effort to help someone out that had stayed there that long. Everything else was outstanding. July 28, 2015
