Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Minor issues I experienced a few minor issues on my stay here. The television wasn't initially working and I originally thought the batteries might be bad in the remote. After checking on the batteries I pulled the TV out and noticed the AV cord wasn't plugged in. I also noticed a clothes tag on the floor which I picked up and threw away and also a couple of crumbs on floor which gave me a feeling of uncleanliness. The refrigerator also had a half filled bottle of water in it plus soft drinks, which made me think that the refrigerator was never checked between stays. The beds were comfortable and after I got over the minor issues everything else was fine. July 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water for 2 days ! I reported no hot water at 10 AM on one day and at 10 PM that night when there was still no hot water I called the front desk. I was told that at 4:00 PM they decided they needed to order a part and would not be any hot water until the next day maybe. She did offer that I could leave at no charge. Gee thanks for telling me at 10 PM and not leaving a voice mail or putting a sign at the front desk when you walked in you could see it. They even let a colleague check in without telling him about the situation. I left the next morning having gone 2 days without a shower. Not good! This was a very poor management response to a critical customer comfort and sanitation issue. I will not stay at this place again. Too much money for poor service. They are building two more hotels near there so lets hope the competition forces some improvements. July 19, 2015
