Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by comfy bed, service not so comfy we had to stay for an extended period of time due to an unfortunate circumstance. For the most part, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast girls were nice. The housekeepers were nice, the manager, Terri could have been a bit more friendly. Felt like when we approached her about something, she acted like we were bothering her. We already were going through a rough situation, we didn't need to feel like we were a bother to someone. Then the day we checked out, she never said one word to us, which I thought to be quite rude. When you have someone stay at your facility, the goal is to make them as comfortable as possible. Not only with the beds and food, but with the whole atmosphere, including personalities.When they leave your place after being there for as long as we were, something along the lines of "i hope all goes well for you" "Thanks for staying with us" I believe is in order. Not one word from her. No compassion. I will recommend the hotel to others if I know of someone who needs a place to stay, but I will not give Terri a high rating. November 13, 2015

Very nice, very comfortable, room was very nice, staff was excellent, very nice morning breakfast, good location. 2nd time I have stayed here and quite impressed both times. I will be back. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, friendly staff. Stayed over a weekend. Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Noise from hallway and upstairs room was annoying. Could hear water running and foot falls very clearly. Did not get to use pool, workout room, or business center. WIFI was adequate. November 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast time Hot breakfast should ready earlier--maybe 6am. Often times business people need to leave earlier to make appointments. although I was satisfied with the cold breakfast choices, I would have enjoyed the hot breakfast option. October 29, 2015
