I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be extremely clean with just one small exception. The lady that checked us in was extremely pleasant. I wished I had written down her name so that I could write it here, but we checked in Saturday November 23, 2013 around 5:30 pm. Because I am a rewards member, we were upgraded to a suite which proved to be a great experience and gesture. We reserved two rooms as my sister-in-law had her children with her and they too loved the upgrade to the suite. The hotel was very quiet for a Saturday and that was extremely nice as we had been on the road for a couple of hours, but on a soccer field for several hours so we were all tired. I have stayed at several hotels in the area and this was by far one of the best.

Had a nice stay. Got upgrades to a suite as a rewards club member. Bed was extremely comfortable. But the room needed some maintenance. Had one burned out light bulb, the toilet paper holder was not secure and I nearly pulled it out of the wall. The exhaust an in the bathroom was useless. Probably needed to be cleaned out. And most importantly the top privacy lock on the door was missing. had a deadbolt so we did feel secure. But not sure how nobody ever reported the missing lock.
Breakfast was good. Typical of Holiday Inn Express.

The staff at this hotel was awesome. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay is a great one. Thank you so much. They all deserves raises. Convenient restaurants nearby and the double queen suite was clean. My son enjoyed having his own TV.

Your staff made our stay a very pleasant one star ting with Judy/Group Sales, to front desk personnel and finally the Breakfast staff the next morning

I forgot to take my camera out of the room when we checked out and I feared that it was lost forever. My children and grandchildren gave it to me for Mother's Day a few years before. There was more sentimental value than dollar value, so I was pretty upset. I called the hotel and nothing had been reported. A few days later I received a call that it had been found and turned in by Jessica in housekeeping. I am so grateful to Jessica! Every one talks about how bad things are in this world, but I want every one to know that there are still wonderful people out there. You never know when you are going to need an angel and Jessica is surely one of them,

I always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when traveling because they are always a quality stay where ever they are located.....consistancy matters.

Upon entering the hotel in the middle of a rain storm we were greeted with great service. The front desk was so friendly and accommodating. They even helped us with our next day's travel plans.
We were upgraded to a suite which was very quiet and spacious. Bed was comfortable and breakfast in the morning was tasty.
Great place with great value.
