Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love this Holiday Inn My wife and I travel to this location often to visit our daughter. The staff has become a second family to us. We are always greeted by name with a smile and a warm hello. We are always treated like Royalty. If ever we need something all we must do is ask. This Holiday Inn’s staff is the reason I became a Priority Club Member. When I travel for work or pleasure I only stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Not every location feels like home because not every location is my favorite HI Express in Ashland, VA. Nevertheless, every Holiday Inn Express has been a great place to stay. Always clean, well managed, and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people willing to help make your stay an outstanding experience. April 22, 2013
