Adrian booked me in and all of a sudden I did'nt have a problem. The Hotel is clean and comfortable with a very pleasant staff. I already booked my stop there to bring my Mother-in-Law back home... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We wanted to steal the bed, bedding and pillows. The front desk agent was friendly, fast, professional and very, very helpful. The room looked brand new, very clean and the bed was amazing. We would love to purchase the pillows and bedding. I have lower back problems so the excellent hotel mattress and hot whirlpool were a real life safer. We have crossed country a half dozen times and have always preferred and will continue to prefer Holliday Inn Express. December 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good value. The room was more like a hospital room. Very cold, no warmth at all. Fire your decorator. The breakfast was horrible. Very cheaply made and served. The pool and spa were too cold to go into. The price we paid was way too high for this hotel and amenities. We travel NY - FL 4-5 times a year, driving 3 days each way. That's 20 nights per year or more for business and another 10 nights for pleasure. We know what's a good value and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Richmond North Ashland is not. November 27, 2014
