Our family stopped here for a night on our way to Portland, OR. All 6 of us are very happy with our stay. We even brought our little dog. The breakfast was much better than other hotels on our trip.

For the most part, this IHG hotel was comparable to others. However, the front desk staff was excellent. I had a couple requests that were handled by the staff prior to my return from dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.

We paid for a deluxe room but the spa tub looked dirty. The staff was very friendly, however.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Geezer N Sneezer Room could use minor maintenance.
The weather stripping on the inside bottom of the door had come loose. The toilet did not feel secure to the floor, it rocked when sat on.
The window had a limit block that only allowed it to be opened a couple of inches. It would have been nice to be able to open the window at night to allow cool air into the room as opposed the hearing and feeling the air conditioner blow on us.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Plat800 Not so much Pet Friendly as Barely Tolerates Existence
We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend as we were driving back from Seattle to San Francisco from a national dog show. We made our reservation from the road via the App, I checked in while my wife and her friend walked the dogs and fed them - it was already 10.30pm. When I got the sheet with terms and conditions for pets I was blown away. 15 per pet, per night. a 250 fine for bringing in an undeclared pet, 100 fine for room spoilage and 50 if dog barks and other customer complains. I would have walked out there and then but we would have lost the money for the room. To add insult to injury, we had parked across 3 car spaces with our sprinter so the dogs could be walked and fed without seeing and barking at other people - we were told if we wanted to park like that (in this more than half empty carpark) then the street was where to do it. Like I said - not pet friendly, barely tolerate them. I hope a Platinum member writing this helps them understand and others.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cb97123 Weekend in Ashland
Excellent stay at convenient location in Ashland. Hiked in the mountains, visited the lakes, strolled downtown all in one weekend. This hotel is right off the freeway, but quiet and comfortable to enjoy our getaway.

The people at the desk were all super friendly. The bed was great. The pillows were easy to sleep on and the TV had a plug we could plug into to watch our own movies- not that common in hotels. The room was very clean and well decorated. The only reason I marked anything down was because a maid knocked on our door early in the morning with a bill even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on our door and had checked in a bit late, signing everything. She didn't speak English so we never did figure out what that was all about. But aside from that, it was a really lovely place and we'd come back. Not inexpensive, but lovely. Oh, and also, I called down because I was on the very edge of missing breakfast and was told I could still come down. NICE staff - very welcoming and warm.
