clean, friendly staff, pet friendly, great pet area (clean!) very good breakfast. close to town and other stores. close to a restaurant. quiet night, lots of parking.

Our stay was short, only one night, but we believe we got a good feel for the property.
Our impression was this is a very good to excellent property to stay at. We did not use the pool or the fitness center. However, since everything else was well maintained I would assume those areas are also well maintained.
The rooms were fairly large and were well maintained. Then only compliant would be the number and accessibility of electrical outlet. I think this is usually the case in most hotels. What I suggest to remedy this is to carry a 6 outlet power strip with you and make sure it has at least a 6 ft cord attached.
The breakfast service was very good with a good variety of typical breakfast item.
Overall value seems to be in the excellent range for this type of property.

I stayed four nights and will stay here again when I'm back in Ashland. Rooms are exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are great.

After checking in at 6 pm, we were instructed where to park our truck and small trailer. However, at 11:30 pm we were rudely awakened by the night staff and instructed to move our vehicle. Apparently they also woke up three other customers 'trying' to find us even though they had our vehicle info and cell number. One other customer was also asked to move. Don't expect hospitality at this place. Contact with management was unresponsive and unproductive. They are only looking at their bottom line and don't care about repeat business. We stay in many hotels and have never been treated this way. I repeat DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL if you goal is to get sleep.

The room was clean, well supplied including microwave, frig. It was quiet and bed was comfortable.
We phoned on the afternoon of our stay and the staff person handling our reservation was competent and very pleasant.
Breakfast options should be improved. Omelettes are not of good quality and should be replaced by scrambled eggs.
More fruit would be a good addition.
