The Hotel staff was very kind and accomodating to all of our requests. The room was quiet and we slept like babies...very relaxing and comfortable.The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of food and beverages....Great Job March 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Communication Reserved a guest suite 2 weeks out with a special request for pet accommodation. I prepaid for the room in full. Upon checking in i found that I had been changed to a basic room with no notification in advance or options given to me about making other arrangements for my pet. It took three trips to the front desk to get the financial issue rectified, I was forced to stay in the same basic room because of their "recently changed pet policy". I was then told I would be receiving a personal telephone call from the manager on Monday to address my concerns. It is now Wednesday evening and I don't believe I will ever be receiving that call. Loved my vacation, and am loyal to Holiday Inn Express, but there is a nice hotel next door. I will be allowing them to demonstrate a better version of customer service to me next time. My loyalty is up for grabs. Sorry Holiday Inn. :( February 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good customer service I've found the Holiday Inn Express to be consistent wherever I go, and the service to be friendly. The breakfast food offerings are typical of most any hotel chain though, so the lack of differentiation is the only comment I have there. Canned gravy. processed eggs, and bland sausage. No opportunity for creative or non-processed tasting foods. I would recommend some sort effort to improve the quality of the food offered to distinguish your services from other hotel chains that use the exact same products in the exact same setting and the exact same experience. Otherwise it was okay, average but okay. February 12, 2015
