Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great welcome after a long drive I stayed here after a 300 mile drive up from Lake Tahoe. I was on my way to Tigard for a business meeting and to do some shopping. I arrived around 8pm feeling very tired. The young lady at check in greeted me warmly and very quickly had me checked in. She acknowledged my platinum status and I chose the extra points option. She told me I was on the 3rd floor in a quiet area which was just what I needed. By 8.45 I was asleep, waking at around 6am the next morning feeling ready to drive the 270 miles to Tigard. The hot breakfast was exactly that-hot! That's not always the case with buffets although in all IHG hotels I have used they seem to have the secret of keeping it hot. There was a good selection and it kept me going until the evening. The guy on the check out desk was very friendly and wished me a safe journey to Tigard. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. January 22, 2015

Room was noisy felt not so clean. decor dated, tv volume turned on full loud each time turned on very aggravating !! No wash cloths in bathroom !! Overall felt like a cheap hotel. Would not stay again in Ashland, Oregon January 15, 2015

Courteous and helpful with directions and dining recommendations - which were excellent. Their smiles truly welcomed us after a long day.
