Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New facility, good beds, good Internet and some suggestions Newer facility showed well. Beds were very nice. Tv was good. Internet service very good. The bathroom door was hung crocked and kept closing. The tolilet for a new facility was below comfort height. The commercial tolilet paper holder was placed beside the tank and was not reached easily. It would have been better to have the tolilet paper further forward where the towel rack was located. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our stay Our stay at this hotel was the second time we have stayed this year. Both times we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great and very pleasant, took care of all our needs. Rooms were very well maintained and clean. We did have one night that the carpets looked like they didn't get vacuumed but all it took was a call and the staff was right on it. We will be staying again. October 14, 2014

I've been a traveler by profession, for business, and as a hobby, for most of my life, including that as a small child. I have been an elite member of most of the major hotel frequent travel programs, including the Six Continents Club (I used to stay a lot at the "Intercont" in Chicago and the Willard in DC). I'm also a multimillion mile frequent flyer on American Airlines -- "Platinum for Life." So, my experience with the IHG is a long history. We enjoyed our stay and found it to be pleasantly surprising and relaxing after long days at the SAVOR show (at Santa Margarita Ranch) as a sponsor. The hotel's location was conveniently located near the venue, with excellent access to stores and dining in Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo. Nate is a star! Take good care of him! :))) October 2, 2014
