Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pet friendly and very comfortable My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last six weeks. On both occasions, the rooms were comfortable and relaxing. We had my dog both times, and my dog and my daughters kitten the second time. I love that the animals do not have to be kept off of the furniture...they, too, are able to feel like they are at home. The staff, from the front desk people to the dining room people, were all very friendly. On my first visit there was a small billing issue (they had accidentally charged the pet fee twice) and they fixed it quickly and completely. The breakfast was pretty good. It was your standard hotel breakfast. The cinnamon rolls were very good! I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area and need a hotel. January 15, 2014

The best of all was Kristen who works in the breakfast area. What a sweetie and so kind with the kids!! We will be back. January 6, 2014

The staff was extremely accomadating when we had a medical problem and our dog told us he felt just like he was at home except that he got more positive attention (petting, compliments, treats) than he was used to. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Had troubles at check in but they fixed it. We reserved a handicapped accessible room online but upon checkin they did not put us in a wheelchair accessible room. This property only has 1 roll in shower. However, they do have a great shower chair. It's the best I've ever seen for a Hotel. I went down and asked, they had no problems switching the Room type. Thank you to management! The room was so nice! The only bad part was the speakers outside the front entrance don't turn off at night so in room 218 you hear it all night. Plus the ac/heater unit fans don't run constantly. So there wasn't anything to help drown the noise. Great job other than that. November 27, 2013
