Pam who was on duty was extremely friendly and helpful when there was an issue with the sink backing up in my room, the problem was taken care of immediately. On my way home it was late and raining heavy and I just happened to pull in to the same location and decided to stay the night. Once again the room was spotless, the staff was friendly and it was a nice quiet place to stay. I have to compliment Pam on her customer service skills, she was friendly and polite and showed a genuine concern that guests were comfortable during their stay, something a lot of other hotel chains have lost. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable We have stayed here approximately 8 times and have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire property every time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable (making it easy to relax), and the booklights attached to the beds are a nice touch. The staff is always courteous and very friendly, and the breakfast is really good. Internet speed has always been good, and there are plenty of outlets whether you want to work at the desk or in bed. We will continue to stay here every time we are in the area. July 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Lobby and great breakfast! This was my first stay at this location as it was close to The Lost Sea in Sweetwater. Was confused when making reservations as mine were made for Athens, GA and NOT Athens, TN.... Found a roach in my bathroom crawling on the floor and had great difficulty falling asleep. Front desk staff was cocky and made me feel stupid for making the wrong location of reservation. Might stay at this location again if going to Lost Sea but otherwise wouldn't stay here again. It's about halfway between Baltimore and Pensacola, which is a trip we make and after 9 hours in the car it's wonderful to drive up and be greeted by such friendly staff. The rooms are extremely nice, breakfast is delicious, and the people working there make you feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day driving. July 7, 2014
