My experience with this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and the hotel staff was wonderful. The service at the bar was great. I will certainly stay here again. Hats off to hotel staff.

My LaGrotto restaurant bill was $48 and I signed it to the room and added a cash tip of $10. My hotel bill indicated $63, I requested the clerk at the Front Counter to adjust it and she told me that I had to contact the restaurant myself. Issue has not been resolved

Enjoyed my stay even though it was short. The room was wonderful and I really enjoyed my "personal spa kit". The service was exceptional from friendly smiling staff to help in getting a hot cup of water to make tea late at night. The breakfast was incredible and in a beautiful setting. Wish I could have stayed longer.

When we got to the room, everything looked amazing. The real bad part was that when the toilet was used to urinate it was defective and overflowed. It took 30 minutes to get someone to come to the room to fix it. It took almost 45 minutes after that to get someone to come to clean up the mess.
The good part about that disaster was that we were then moved into a different room.
Great professional staff. Just a little disappointed about the bathroom and having to move.

I enjoyed my entire stay from the front staff to housekeeper that gave me extra coffee. My whole stay was very pleasant and made my event memorable. My room was ready and they let me check in early which I was grateful for. The breakfast buffet was so good and the wait staff kept my coffee cup full. The atmosphere was awesome and I love the waterfall which was peaceful for me.
Thank you staff for a great weekend!

Well, where do I start. The room we reserved was 2 QUEEN sized beds, we got doubles. They didn't want to take any money off the bill either. My friend had to push them and their response was "oh, well we ran out of rooms with queen beds." UMMMMMM ya, that's why we RESERVED a room with two queen beds!!!! That's kind of the point of having a reservation!!! So their compromise was to take the breakfasts off our bill. So that leads to the other HORRIBLE experience with this place-- the nasty food. The breakfast buffet was pretty bad. Especially for the 16.95 per person price!!!!!! I was in shock when they told us the price. We should have asked before eating. It was not much more than a continental breakfast either. Oh, it gets better....after most of the food was nearly inedible because it tasted bad or was hard (could not cut the little pancakes and the hash browns were rock hard, fruit was hard) I decided on just eating cold cereal. BAD move. I ended up getting a mouth full of spoiled milk :( When we told our server, she offer only 1/2 off my meal! I expected to be comped after that, but was happy to get anything back at that point. The conference meals (sit down dinners in the banquet hall) were pretty terrible. The Asian chicken salad thing was just gross. The other stuff was edible but not good by any means. I am not overly picky, and have eaten at many other conferences so I do acknowledge the sit down meals are usually not the best. But this was just bad. Needless to say I will likely not stay here again unless the conference is here next year.

I dtayed at Crownw Plaza for two nights while attending a conference and CP is now my favorite hotel. The decor and architecture were beautiful.
The room was huge with great features.
The ood was incredible and readily available.
The conference setting was ideal.
The staff were veryrofessional, friendly and helpful.
Fonally, the rates are very reasonable; iwill return.
I recommend CP as a hotel!

Every staff member I encountered was wonderful from the bell staff to the front desk. The room condition needs a lot of help. The hair dryer was barely hanging from the wall ready to fall off, the safety latch was ready to fall off, the door was so loose I had to pull the door tight so the electronic lock would work. The vanity sink and shower drains did not work well and 3-4 inches of water backed up every time you took a shower.
The staff overshadowed the condition of the room I would come back just because of the staff.
The food quality in the Italian restaurant was very bush league and I would never go back there.

Stayed for three days and the whole stay was flawless. The room was clean, great workout room and the hotel restaurant food was good. Joy at the front desk was very pleasant. There is a great tree lined running path out the front door to the right. I look forward to returning.

I stayed at your property for a work conference and it was the worse hotel experience I've had, bar none. When I checked in, the front desk clerk didn't tell me that there was a problem with the lack of hot water. When I took a shower and discovered it, I was told" it could take a couple of days". Nothing was offered as a solution. There was no sense of urgency or care that there was no hot water in the rooms. Apparently some rooms had hot water but many were without. I will not ever recommend this property to anyone nor would I choose to stay here, again.

Everyone I encountered wanted to make sure my stay was amazing. The Executive King room was beyond expectations. La Grotta Restaurant....28/30 Zagat rated......100/100 my rating ! Shirmp, Scallop Linguinie, fresh baked bread, lemon ricotta cheesecake with raspberry puree drizzle !!!!!! More versions of Adult Espressos that one can dream of. Loved the birds in the lobby by the indoor trickle waterfall.

All hotel staff I worked with were awesome, very helpful and professional. My room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. I was staying at the hotel for a conference and they were not prepared. We were without hot water for several days. The food served was not very good and they ran out of food at several meals. The bar ran out of several different types of drinks each night and that area was very crowded as well. We were very cramped in the meeting rooms, and often there were not enough seats for everyone. We had a reception at Bistro 55, which did not have nearly enough space to accommodate our group. The shuttle service traveled in a very limited radius. This hotel does not make a good choice for a very large conference. It is good for non conference, personal travel, ect.

!y hotel stay was a disaster. Due to boiler issue. I never took a hot shower the three days I stayed. requested a wake up call the first night. Did not receive call. Good I woke up on my own.
In defense the staff were true professional and made the situation a good one to the best of their ability.

The boiler went down before I arrived at the property. I checked in and no one told me I would not have hot water.....ever. I learned that next mornin that they were changing the boiler and they were "working" on get hot water. Did not have hot water for my 3 day stay. Outside my room on the 10th floor, the outside wall to my room was torn apart and a bucket placed under a pipe. I assume this was to my bathroom.
Staff offered no apologies, were arrogant and not helpful.

The worst offense that a desk clerk can provide a customer - assign them to a room already in use. First room 1106 second room- 927. Boiler down 3 days of visit - no shower unless you like freezing water.No heat in room, smelled of smoke entire time. Toilet paper not replaced- had none on the two rolls on the holder and no replacement at all in the room and had to go to cart to take toilet paper. I would NEVER suggest this hotel.

Where do I begin? This hotel couldn't meet the basic needs of a traveler. It is an old hotel that was extremely loud with paper thin walls. I had to call security three times my first two nights as people congregated in the hallways, slamming doors, and generally partying until all hours of the night. The doors have those old locks on them and when they close they slam! So if anyone comes in late everyone on your entire hallway gets woken up. I barely slept for 4 nights. The TV screen was dark, and I heard this from other guests, so I guess their cable lines don't have the bandwidth to accommodate so many tvs. But this is where it gets really good. I stayed here for four nights and only had hot water on the last day! I called the hotel manager twice and never received a return call. The front desk people were the only saving grace to this hotel, as they were nice. I am a business traveler and have stay in at least 75 hotels a year. This, by far, was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in that is associated with a reputable chain. NEVER AGAIN!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I had been trying to get into this place for some time due to the convenient location. Unfortunately, the stay was a huge disappointment. The condition of the room was in much need of repair. The tub was scratched up and there was a poor attempt to repair the scratch in an unprofessional manner. Overall, the condition of the room was very outdated and in need of an update.
The service was spotty. Kudos to the front desk and restaurant staff while a big thumbs down to the valet. I gave the valet my ticket and they brought the wrong car. Given it was a rental and I flew into Atlanta late at night, I was certain the white Toyota I rented was not the brown Volvo they retrieved - even though the valet insisted it was my car. Unapologetic and clearly lost, I had to ask them to look at the keys for a rental car tag from Hertz for a white Toyota.
Poor room condition and spotty service makes this a miss in the Crowne Hotel line up.

Stayed at this property two nights. Both mornings I was meet with cold water as there were issues with their hot water heater. Besides the water issues, the ceiling in my room had patch marks that were crumling on to the floor.

On arrival heat was not working, I had to call twice to have someone come up to fix it
Room service used twice- expensive- arrived cold and they forgot some items
Toilet-- did not flush properly unless you tried a few times
Housekeeping -- I had to call each day to replenish the shampoo and conditioner
I would not stay there again

I always loved staying here until this stay. Service was kind but not attentive. Had issue with room temp being too cold when just sitting in the room working. For sleeping was fine. Furniture was in bad shape in room including floor lamp leaning against chair because it was broken and carpeting through out hotel was very dirty and torn up. No real lock on door and the latch you push across the door was was barely hanging on the wall. And the worse was not hot water either day of my stay so had to take cold showers with it being a cold room.
Was told that someone would call me and talk to me and no one ever called and I was promised extra rewards not sure if I got those or not. Sorry to have to give a bad rating but this hotel has gone down hill for being in the same office park as their business offices are.
Also, no recognition for being Gold member.

My third floor room was poorly tended to prior to my stay. I had no soap, the toilet would not flush and I had no hot water the first night of my two day stay. I also didn't have room ammenities that my co-worker who stayed on the second floor and who is not a frequently traveler did have.
The front desk staff was very nice and brought soap to my room and had someone look at the toilet and water temperature. This corrected the toilet and hot water problem, but I shouldn't have to call to have these issues addressed and there shouldn't be so many inconveniences when you are away from home. If I wasn't there for work purposes, I would likely not choose to stay there again.

This has all the makings of a great hotel. The only problem is only half the staff seems to be on-board with trying to make it great. Restaurant staff is excellent, shuttle drivers and valet are great. Unfortunately the front desk staff leave quite a bit to be desired. Another problem they seem to have is with answering the phone. Good hotel, hopefully they will get it right or were simply overwhelmed on my visit.

When we arrived at the Hotel we were met by Jason at the front. His service was out standing! The smile on his face never left. He is an employee that you need to keep! I spoken to Kitty about ordering room service and you could just hear the smile in her voice over the phone, we decieded to have breakfest at the dinning room and all the employees were just great! Kitty came out to meet me and to wish my husband and I a very happy anniversary and told the other team members about it and they all came over to our table to do the same. We felt like movie stars. It was great! We will be back.

Bad deal, went to room on 9th Floor when I arrived, 3 dead roaches on bathroom floor, cleaned up and put in toilet, one live big one behind door, killed it left it for cleaning crew. between shower curtian UGGGG! Got out fast! Front desk moved me to 10th floor. Was bit by a bug on hand last day. Looked through bed could not find. Pririty member, I am very upset. Was told someone whould come ans see me about the 9th fl rm, no one showed up. You guys let me and my company down. My corporate office recommended this hotel, I wll respond to hem as well.

I had higher expectations for this hotel since it is the closest hotel to the IHG corporate building. Food trays were left on my floor for longer than 24 hours, I heard front desk representatives swear in front of guests, rude front desk representatives that rolled their eyes at guests. When I checked in I had a problem with payment, my company had called 3 times to verify that the hotel received my cc authorization. The front desk could not find it when I arrived there. For the inconvenience they "upgraded" me to the club level 15th floor. I did not even have a fridge in my room. There were other people in my group that had larger rooms, rooms with fridges, and a couple were even upgraded to suites for no charge and did not have any problems.
