They recommended I join the IHG Rewards Club and provided good details about the program. Then my room was fabulous! I absolutely adored the beautiful, lake-front view and the quietness and cleanliness were a tremendous plus. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location to everything I needed and the shopping that I wanted! This stay has me considering to change the brand loyalty for my hotel of choice and I'm now comparing any subsequent hotel visits to this one because it set the standard for what great accommodations should be like!
