Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty room, old flea market furniture This hotel was built around 2010. The lobby and common areas are clean, well maintained and beautiful. However, the room I was given was terrible. The walls had dirt smudges and scuff marks. Also many areas where someone had patched the dry wall - poorly - then patch-painted each spot with a slightly different color paint. This along with the dusty, dirty, chipped and peeling furniture, gave the impression of a bedroom in a very old, dirty college dorm room. Add to that the globs of brown goo on the bathroom countertop and I was ready to find another hotel. Unfortunately, this was not an option. The second room they put me in was only slightly less dirty. But I had to put towels over the grungy, dusty armchair in order to sit in it. There was also a large poorly patched and painted area of water damage/ mold? to wall near base of tub. Really shockingly bad experience with this property. Never would have expected this from Holiday Inn Express February 6, 2016

Alecia at the front desk was helpful and attentive. The staff reflected positively on the Holiday Inn Express brand. Room was clean and comfortable. February 5, 2016

The hotel was comfortable, our room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were good - variety and choices were abundant. I enjoyed my meals there. The staff were very nice overall. We would stay here again when visiting Atlanta. January 28, 2016
